I had a hearing for a FVIO. My lawyer from WestJustice lied to me by telling me my ex was not at court. I later received the paper work from the magistrate court two weeks later and I couldn’t believe it when I saw that he was at court!
Now, for months, I’ve been requesting documents from my file regarding my case as I still haven’t received anything.
Who were they really looking after? It definitely wasn’t me.
I also requested to put on the conditions that my ex return the trailer he stole from me, which I needed for the gardening business I wanted to start. No mention of that on the order. Only how my ex was to retrieve his blankets and biscuits. What the hell is going on there? !

Needed advice on terrible landlord, waited a month for appointment, they called to reschedule. A month later they call to reschedule again. Unprofessional as it gets. A 10 min phone call requires 2 months to organise. Pathetic
