Cant expect much from a bulk billed practice. My appointment was at 12 pm with Dr Evodia and she hasn’t even arrived to see her patients. It’s almost 1 pm.

Too long of a wait! I have been waiting over an hour and 30 minutes before was 3rd patient and still 3rd patient. I never come here but have to come due to my GP being away.

100 $ if you not visit this clinic recently and they say they are bulkbill

Very rude receptionist. Doesn't even know how to behave with kids! And that short hair white lady doctor, didn't even explain anything.why she is giving antibiotics. Just checked for 2 mnts and given antibiotics. When i went to my regular gp, she straight away stopped that medicine bcs its viral not bacterial. Stay away from there.

If I could give less than one star I honestly would. This is the worst clinic ever. They don’t respect or underStand the concept of appointment even when 6 doctors working. I called the first time and the receptionist told me to come in and gave me a time for an appointment. When I showed up there turns out that she did not even create a profile for me or book it in. To top it off this receptionist had the audacity to give me an attitude and asked to show my call log as proof. The receptionist are unprofessional and rude. Even for my appointment the following day I did not get seen on time. I am literally still waiting

Very busy medical Centre. Staff are dedicated to making sure clients are satisfied and provide great service. Doctor Deen has been my GP for over 15 years and he the best doctor out there. Thank you so much for everything

Every time i came here always a 2 hours of waiting wt is the point of waiting if you got appointment that is ridiculous. I ask receptionist about my turn after 45 mins and she was like you are the next and agian m sitting at same place from last 30 mins. Be professional guys. Ridiculous

This practice refused to issue me a script for a single box for dosage (having no repeats) for a serious ongoing medical concern I have had for years, though the last one was 12 months ago. The doctors said a script was issued for a specific medication, when it was not, according to two different pharmacists I painstakingly went to within my pain/discomfort. When I went back to Westgate Medical Centre to ask for the correct script to enable the pharmacy to issue the correct medication, the practice refused saying it already issued it-falsifying/lying about what it had done. Avoid Westgate Medical Centre at all costs. Avoid, avoid, avoid. It would place your health in jeopardy through its unethical acts, defrauding you. Stay away for your own benefit.

I was able to get my exact medication from a different medical practice elsewhere easily, within 5 minutes after HANGING UP ON WESTGATE MEDICAL CENTRE - having no problem at all. GO FIGURE.

Just a request to all respected doctors and staff please inform patients if they are running late whenever I visit I have to wait 40min 50min or 1hr after I booked appointment and receptionist need to know how to deal with patients being rude is not fair.every single visit I had rude receptionist they make you more angry while you are wait we come here to get treated in at least nice way and we are paying for it not getting for free! Receptionists need to learn some manners

Always overbooked, very slow services, not enough receptionists so they are mostly unreachable even when you need to reach out, services on the weekend is horrible. Not enough doctors available.

Very rude young woman (dark hair) at reception, she clearly needs to be educated on respect and common manners. The entire experience was made to be hostile!

The WORST service! Receptionists are rude, condescending and couldn’t care less! They have the stupid rule to wait in the car. After waiting for an hour, I went in to ask what the expected wait time is. They claim the doctor tried to call, and because there was no answer just skipped and went on. No missed call on my phone. Receptionist tried to call and it came through straight away so no issue. They tried to blame me anyway saying “were you in the phone? ”. Only reason I came here is because there’s no spots anywhere else (unsurprisingly no one wants to book here)

The WORST service ever I had experience here. Dr Navdeep is so rude and requires training to speak professionally and efficiently with patients. I want to give her 0 star rating is possible

Poor Customer Service, especially Reception staff need a training to deal with patients. It was really rude and insulting. No respect at all. 0/10

Dr Farha HUSSAIN IS A FANTASTIC DOCTOR. REALLY LISTENS TO YOUR COMPLAINTS AND THOROUGHLY ADDRESS ALL ISSUES.

Receptionists are giving wrong information to the patients. One said the doctor finished for the day and went home but doctor was still there and called me after 15 minutes. No communication between staff.

Do not see Dr Atta!
Most doctors here are lazy I tried getting a mental health plan multiple times and I’m always told it takes too long and he has done to many this week. What a joke (told him to do his job) every time I see him he lectures my wife about her anxiety and makes a joke out of her also she was also told he hasn’t got time to change her medication even though we both booked a appointment in advance and he took us in a hour late -_- would love to say this is a one off but been going here for 3 years and I’ve finally kicked the bucket!

Been coming to this clinic for more than 20yrs. Seen Dr. Ata Eqbal. Never been so degraded and humiliated in my life. Have chronic inflammation with terrible pain. He accused me of lying and that I was not in pain, would not even let me talk. Ended up in hospital with inflammation markers over 200 and inflammation spread through whole body. Pain I’ve never felt in my life before. Should not be practicing. The system is failing us terribly too. This was back in may/June 22. Have just become well enough to leave this well deserved review.

My question to this medical centre is what is the point of booking an appointment? They think we have got all the time in the world. There has to be a way to report about this issue with the medical authorities….

Total stupidity to book your appointment here they will keep you waiting for three hours and then they say sorry it happened because we forgot to put you on the list that’s your problem not the patients who need to wait there for this long and after they will come up with the best answer in the world that you are not used to it …. What we are not used to as patients wait…………. Totally disappointing
