Don't waste your money booking a party here!
We booked the sports party and they said we will get a party room for the entire duration of our booking - what they didn't say was the party room will be shared by two other parties! It was noisy and chaotic.
Food was two small bowls of chezels and two small plates of fairy bread. The pizzas were cold and most probably frozen defrosted pizzas.
The party host was non existent. We cleared the tables on our own. Thank God our guests helped us. No help with the cake cutting and serving. He was MIA and least interested in making the children play the 3 sports as promised.
Like I said in the start.don't waste your money here. Try something else where the staff cares a dime.

I have an email trail to prove to you that we always wanted two parties split between the two venues but the food to be served to the children at the one place.
I don't have any email from you I writing that the party room will not be exclusive and a shared space

And your staff is lying to you point blank if they told you that they cleared the tables and/or offered to serve the cake. That nothing but pure rubbish.
I don't find pleasure in leaving a bad review. I am just trying to 1) warn other customers of what I went through and 2) let you as a business know that your employees are clearly NOT doing their job!
No one offered to clear the tables. As I said before - after we requested at the front office that someone clear the table.a guy came and left in a min with a huge rubbish bin near our tables! I then started to complete his job and even set the tables with quater plates for the cake serves
And again - your party host is lying. The kids did a 'warm up' cricket practise and one game of footy.
Yes I agree I was delayed in sending you the names of the children which I did and have an email to prove 4 days before the event BUT my numbers never changed. We kept the numbers as always discussed.
Suggestion - either change your business approach to customer service first or shut down the business!
No point arguing with someone who wouldn't even accept their mistake

Like I said - leaving you a bad review only means I've had a horrible experience at a party I paid for and BTW it wasn't cheap!

Easy to book, good quality facilities, can usually always get a park, though it can get pretty busy depending on the events there.

Visited Leo's kingdom. Absolutely loved the place.so many activities for kids. Wonderful play center

We had our birthday party in leos Kingdom playcentre. All the kids enjoyed and service Was good.

Love this place. There's so much to do for kids of all age groups. The food in the cafe is nice too.

Eh this place is way to busy and if you want to take your infant somewhere to play safely this place is not the place as from memory they have 1 side for big kids and 1 spot for 1 to 3 year olds but big kids end up in the 1-3 area, the staff are very nice though.
Also the place is too cramped

Great play center for kid’s birthdays, have your kids there to play and have fun on their birthday. Reasonable prices per child

This is the first time the Atul Purohit garba moved from Keysborough to here. The venue is slightly smaller than the Keysborough hall, so it felt quite crowded, particularly along the long walls. The soft floor is more benign to the knees compared to the laminated floor at the 8kd venue. There is a plenty of parking, and easier to get in and out.

Very good place and big for the event, you can find parking very close by and you can find gas stations also very closed.
This place is very good and i am recommended to everyone to must check one time

There's a bunch of stuff located here, ranging from indoor beach volleyball, trampoline park, basketball courts, gym, dining area, futsal courts, kids play centre and more. Overall a very good place for the westside, and always seems to be well maintained. Decent parking as well.

Large carpark easy to find parking. The venue is very big and has many business inside but no signs on the outside of the building to know if you are in the right place or not. All the facilities are clean and in good condition. The play centre had great equipment and was very clean

Spoke to the owner about a player pinching me.the back of my left arm bruised from repeated pinching lol. The owner kept yelling at me that I was racist. I was so embarrassed and super angry

I enjoy bringing my kids to airoworld and events however considering many parents with prams attending this centre you would think a toilet with a baby change room all in one would be available for the pram to fit so parents don’t have to leave their baby unattended! Or have to leave the door open? !

Great place for mixed multi-shared sports. From Martial Arts to a gym to swimming to basketball & soccer, even rock climbing and a play centre. The mini roos soccer program for kids is great

Budge and the team always look after you for indoor sports. We booked the courts for an hour for soccer training on a rainy day. Very accommodating.

Great place for kids birthday celebrations/ events. It even has a Gym, indoor sports center

Only one toilet for a big event and not sparing money for cleaning staff is sh! T as the person wants a service and paid to get in but the distance to travel to the toilet and tidiness in toilet is worst, so keep some staff for cleaning though you’ve charged organiser a good amount

Hello guys actually I have to share my experience in this playcentre with GEREMY manager and his brother CHRIS
First of all we weren’t happy for party on Sunday because they talk to us about private sport room and when we arrived there I sew they share our room with 2 more parties.
Then they didn’t give us any service just they ask me 3 times to pay for room
I think I loose my money with them because they don’t have any experience on this job

Cool venue, great night of wrestling and easily accessible. Plenty of parking is also a massive plus
