7When you pay for an annual membership you can forgive the lateness of appointments, the bad connection on telehealth calls and the wait lists for doctors, as it is such good value for money. Now they're charging for appointments as well as the membership, it should be a better service. My test results telehealth call with the doctor wasn't on time, was a broken conversation with a delay and took less than ten minutes, yet I was charged for a full consultation. Results to a test ordered by the doctor in a previous appointment should be an extension of that appointment. So, my word of advice is, don't ring with one medical issue, make sure you fill your 15 minutes!
Horrible! Ever since Dr Matthews (my Doctor) has left they have been immature, vindictive and absolutely impossible! Always shifting the blame and refusing to take any responsibility.
They cancelled appointments and refused to assign me another doctor. They refused to help obtain my workcover certificate to maintain my income and they have still not forwarded on all mine and my daughters medical records to my new clinic over three weeks when requested through THEIR online request form!
You guys are appalling! Withholding medical treatment/support and all my records!
All the doctors, nurses and reception staff I have seen here over the years have been outstanding. I highly recommend this Co-Op as I feel genuinely looked after and listened to.
My experiences at Westgate Health Co-op over many years have been terrific. I have recently had a tele-medicine appointment which was extremely thorough and left me feeling very reassured. I have found both the doctors and the reception staff to go above and beyond in their service.
