Westfield Knox

Checked out Knox city Westfield the other day it was ok since the update we had a meal at the shingle inn service was very poor staff didn't smile and food was very poor quality had a burger and sweet chilli Mayo on the side sauce was out of date and was separating will not be going back

Knox has been my local shopping centre for over 20 years, Love the new layout and look great to see and access all the new stores but when I spend over $1000 on site and then have to pay $8 to leave the car park it is appalling! Downloaded the APP for Westfield to receive my four free hours so we could at least do lunch and a movie but no free parking with that …. 3hrs later still cost $8 to leave the car park! Not good enough Westfield!

Not bad shopping center, a bit confusing on where to park for what such as Coles and the charging costs for parking but they do offer 4 hours free for people who are Westfield members

Disgusting money grab on the parking. The longer you stay and spend money the more expensive it gets. Go to much cheaper Eastland, free Fountain Gate or Chadstone for better shopping (it’s literally still a building site), food options and experience. There’s absolutely nothing at Knox you can’t get anywhere else

It's one Mall that can make your feet tired but fret not, as you can easily find a seat for your tired feet. Basement is the place to go for your groceries.fresh vegetables, fresh and chilled meats, etc. The Food Court though not many in numbers has several interesting outlets selling dishes from Asian Countries.

The pay gates.the pay gates. I waited a cruel amount of time to exit the shopping centre because people didn't have cards, or money on their cards to pay to get out. Also because, there is only one lane to turn left onto Burwood Highway and only 7 cars can fit between the lights and the gate, and seemingly 30 cars wanted to turn left.
What was a quick visit to the shop, ended up and ordeal to exit the centre.
My 3 free hours of parking was used up waiting in line to exit.avoid this place at all costs. Buy online or go to a cinema or pub with hassle free parking.

I have no problem with the paid parking but when the car spots are so badly marked you can't see where your parking because the they need a repaint, it's a bit of a joke. The same goes for the speed humps & crossings esp in the Ozone area. It's a bit of a safety issue.

To the owner that responded. This is a big shopping centre. It clearly busy because it has almost everything people want.
Im sure it will be fine once renovations are complete.

They are renovating it. The food court side is great now. It is a good one stop place. Love it!

Disgraceful rip off for parking 12 dollars after spending ding money therefore cinema criminal never coming to this golddigging place again

The paid parking due to be implemented on the 8/6/2023 will do nothing except disadvantage some of the lowest paid workers in the country, 5 dollars a day is appalling. The recent “redevelopment” is mediocre at best and certainly not deserving of paid parking. Once the paid parking comes in I will be going to Burwood One and/or Vermont south shopping centre instead. Westfield is clearly tone deaf. Zero corporate social responsibility.

Update: even after the discussions with the member for Bayswater, Westfield refused to make any concessions, absolutely appalling behaviour. Boycotting this place completely in principle.

The Pancake Parlour was awesome. Village movie theatres we often got to as well. A good number of other eating places nearby. Mostly yummy with great atmospheres there.

Not the best, I go there because it is close. The shops are not great, they have a few well known stores but nothing else like Chadstone or Eastland.

Was so much better under previous management, Westfield keep increasing the rent forcing smaller businesses out.

Everything you would ever need. Some information desks or mapping would be wonderful to help navigate for visitors.

Plenty of parking and great shops! Sadly many did close down after covid last year but places like valleygirl and ally survived!

Love the external Target entrance. Made shopping there a breeze.

Well laid out.great parking. So much easier to navigate than Chadstone shopping centre. Although not the breadth of exclusive designer shopping

Yes a lot of work neess to be done. It hasn't changed with the times and is still stuck in the past.

The info maps was bit distracting. Was trying to find chemist and I got directions however after wasting almost 45 min I asked staff and they said it is actually outside
