Westfield Geelong

I very rarely write reviews, but Westpac Geelong you've got to do better. One teller on at 11.30am I've had a homeloan with westpac and been a loyal customer for 25 years. Waiting 20 minutes for service. Unfortunately the only back in the Geelong Regoin other than Ocean Grove. As iam in that side of town! Quick to charge any fees but service not great!

I'm in a wheelchair and it was quite good getting around.some shops like Hi Sushi though are not wheelchair friendly I waved my arms and the person serving could not see me, all counters at this shop are quite high with no low counter for serving. A couple other shops I had similar experience, but most were extremely helpful.overall an enjoyable experience
Disability toilets are crowded. Had to move the sanitary bin to get in beside the toilet.

Not much going on inside of here but it's good a good layout. Food court is super busy with very few choices

Absolutely love the fantastic variety of shops and eateries! The food court is a foodie's paradise with an array of delectable cuisines to choose from.

A very clean and well presented shopping centre. We found what we wanted in the chemist and the Afl store. Then a cups a d off we went to our apt at the outpatients near the University Hospital.

GREAT! Lots of stores, always go for lots of reasons, good boost juice there and many food options, looks great, good music playing, close to other great stores. All I’d say is Mabeye get more unique and different stores

A good option to shop around in Geelong as they have a good collection of stores and eateries. You'll probably find whatever you're looking for in the mall or in the building next door.

Love this it has most of the stores in the one place. I really like that there is an information person to assist with finding a store. Great service from 4 of the store so far that I have visited. Country Road - Izzy, Michael Hill - Tracy and Loren, Optus - Harrison. Those stores and sales people make the visit to Geelong Westfield so easy and pleasant.

Good shopping but centre music can be very loud at times making hearing conversations very difficult

Too many people, very small, food court so so, not much choice there and line up long, difficalt find avalible table.

Average shopping centre, for basic needs only. The parking fees need to be looked at also. Rather travel to Melbourne for a better experience.

Like all Westfieds. You can buy almost anything there. Good coffee shops in there too. Easy parking and accessible

So big and covering 2 blocks, lots of shops and eateires nearby Geelong beach and pier good location

Very good practices from COVID, only few companies don't even use gloves, Big W does all measures even counting how many go into the shop at a time, Well Done

I want to sincerely thank the Security Dept of Westfield Geelong for their fabulous assistance to me when I lost my wallet. Both Azher and Debbie couldn't have been more helpful. I am very grateful to them both.
Also I find it very encouraging to go to the Centre and get free parking. It certainly makes my shopping very enjoyable. I accept that this can't continue after Covid19 restrictions are lifted, but the first hour or so should be free now that Management has started with it.

Its ok, starting to look a bit dated, escalators out of service but it does have 3 major department stores, tech and fashion.

Great shopping centre. A lot of shops, hair saloons, play area for kids in case your kids are tired walking around.the food court has a diversity of food ask an, Indian, Chinese, Italian.

The shopping centre looks classy inside. From the top view you can see the beautiful building structure of the CBD of Geelong. You can shop there if you explore different shopping places.

Crowdy area on all the days. Having different business with in it. Good place to visit at weekends.

No air conditioning for two weeks. Disgusting, OH&S issue for staff and major discomfort for shoppers. Converged said they're doing their best
