Expressed I needed my delivery by 9.am as we have an excavator coming and pay by the hour. Was told yep no problems will be there between 8 and 9. Just called its 10 to 9 and they are only just loading. We live in officer. Girl said "oh it will be there just after 9" Any idiot can work it out that it will be more like 1/4 to 10 coming from Hastings. Not happy!

Really poor. Asked and paid for 5m of stone but lucky if 4m were delivered. I questioned if about quantity and "yes, 5m had been delivered".

Very unfortunate experience. They sold us "1 metre" of wood chips which filled our 6' x 4' trailer to 300mm high. I worked out that this is 1.8 x 0.9 x 0.4, which is just under 2/3 of a cubic metre. FEELING RIPPED OFF!
