Contacted them regarding a sliding door replacement and a possible upgrade of the current windows to double glazed. I got a reply in a good time, saying they can go measure. I said yes please do just give me a time to tell the tenants. I then emailed back a few times about the measurement and quote with no response.

Poor quality and poor communication!

When you pay a premium for products you expect quality in materials and service. Here are a few examples why I would not recommend this company or Lance.
We have been so patient with this company and Lance who started works within our renovation back in 2020, they still have not finished!
We kept being told it was due to covid delays.
We put in double glazing which has been a waste as there are holes and gaps for the cold and bugs/spiders to get in. The windows that are “finished” are messy with additional metal strips screwed in to cover some holes/gaps and silicon filling some gaps/holes.
Calls, emails and text messages appear to never be actioned, as the customer you have to keep chasing. This is just a few examples as to why I will never recommend this company.

The first job they did for us was fantastic. Unfortunately things deteriorated since then. They won't answer their phones or return emails for further jobs. Don't seem to want our business.

An average rushed job at best, and absolutely terrible follow up. Difficult to get hold of, promised to get things sorted then didn't - I'm still waiting for the promised key months after the job was completed but have given up wasting my time leaving messages. Frame leaks. Will do my own repairs and be done with it. Still need the rest of my properties windows done but won't be using these guys on the evidence of this one.

Edit in response to review reply: ask Jeremy who had repeated texts from my wife Sophie and me, or Simon who did the job. I still have the texts on my phone. I spent months trying to get the job completed properly I'm not keen to start that up again.
PS If you reckon we aren't on you system can I have my $2k back?

I needed 5 windows of various sizes and they had the best price I could find. They were ready early, they had perfect delivery and the service was impeccable! Lance went above and beyond. For example, I emailed him one night at 10: 30pm not expecting a reply until the next day during office hours but he replied straight away. I had no idea what I was doing with windows and Lance took me through it with patience and clarity so that I had a full understanding. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. A great experience I'd happily go through again and the windows look great!

The windows we ordered arrived weeks before and thousands of dollars cheaper than our builder thought they would. Lance excelled at communication and handled my naive questions with patience and fortitude.

Absolutely outstanding service from Jeremy and all the team. Spot on all the way, have already recommend them to a few people and made another order for more windows!

Heath Kimber, from Kimber Constructions, is the only builder we would ever get, he knows what he's doing & does it well. He is genuine, and helpful when you run out of ideas, & his ideas work. Others have admired his work here. But don't know how to get a photo on here. We are a bit too 'Mature' now. But can only praise his work.

Whilst Lance, Simon & Marty are a pleasure to deal with, the window they installed continued to leak at various points around the frame, during these recent thunderstorms. I was assured it would be " an easy fix", and time will tell if the fix has fixed it!
In fairness to Lance & West Vic Windows, they did not manufacture the window but ordered it from a metropolitan supplier.
Lance & Simon have been very obliging and polite during the follow-up process, to fix the unexpected leaks.

We recently had all the windows in our house replaced by Western Victoria Windows and we dealt with Jeremy. He was so professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was any trouble and we are so happy with how our windows are now. Massive thank you to Jeremy and the team! We have already recommend them to our friends!

Western Victoria Windows have provided and installed a number of windows for us. The windows were retrofitted into an older home so it wasn’t any easy job. I purchased a number of large double glazed windows from Lance and Jeremy. They provided a reasonable quote and had a challenging fit to an older styled property. Lance bought with him the window fitter Trevor who was excellent at his job both of them took pride in their work. I rarely give praise especially with window companies as my experience in England was not favourable. I am happy to recommend their services and they always return my calls if there are any issues.
