When it comes to Bat repairs Western Sports Centre is the best. It is not exaggeration to say that Bob is the Australia’s best Cricket Bat repairer. Fixed couple of bats of mine three years back and still in a great condition and has been perfuming better than original state. Thank you for being the reliable

I’d like to say shocking service, but the reality was I got none whatsoever. Was keen to buy a bat however the only guy there was far too interested on his computer screen to serve or even welcome me in. Barely anything had a price tag on it and there was no organisation whatsoever. Not worth spending your money here. I could name you 15 other businesses worth going to rather than this place.

Got a Cricket Bat, for a good deal and used their Bowling Machine, just loved the Auto Feeder Bowling Machine. I’m a regular on their Bowling Machines

Useless customer service. Ordered a product which took them 10 days to ship. Package wasn’t shipped properly so got lost and arrived almost a month after ordering and after it was required. Each time I followed up on the order, they acted disinterested and just fobbed me off with the same ‘we are waiting to hear from the courier company, there’s nothing we can do’ - No troubleshooting to try and rectify the issue. Had better service ordering dropship from China! Avoid.

A bunch of incompetent and unprofessionals running the show.
Spoke with Jimmy twice over the phone and received their confirmation that the bat will be ready to be picked up after machine knocking on a certain day.
Don’t even have the courtesy and manners to even call and give a heads up that they couldn’t keep up the promise so that the opposite person don’t waste their time to visiting the centre.
Not even offering anything to rectify their incompetence.
Just taking customers for granted.
Really shameful act.

We were served by Anand today at western sports centre. Anand was extremely helpful and patient. Excellent customer service and he has a lot of knowledge regarding cricket bats. Thanks Mate will definitely be coming back.

WORST BAT REPAIRING EXPERIENCE EVER!

Gave my bat (SS Ton Retro Power Plus) early October for repair. Today is 21st Dec, so been more than 3 months but the bat is yet not repaired.

When I spoke to you on 12th Dec on the phone, I specifically said that if my bat is not repaired within that week, then I want my bat back. I will get it repaired from elsewhere.

So when are you guys returning my bat? I DON’t WANT IT REPAIRED FROM WESTERN SPORTS!

Horrible service

First my bat was heavy, when the foam was installed in the bat handle, my cricket bat seems light in weight due to better grip. Fantastic job done by Babloo Bhaji.

This place used to be our go to cricket centre as a team, and we've utilised many different services they used to offer from bowling machine hire, lane hire and cricket gear purchases. However, we can no longer recommend this place to anyone as the customer service has been appalling lately for the past few months.

There are constant arguments now for extra charges on additional players and extra time utilised during our lane hire sessions when we have had no issues for the past 3 years; mainly by the older tall gentlemen that works on Saturdays. He would ask us to pay extra for being overtime for a measly 5 minutes, saying we are charged for the amount of time that we are physically present in the nets even when our session is over by the time, and even when there is absolutely no one else waiting to make use of the nets. This penny-pinching mentality serves no business good and it is abundantly clear what they are trying. We have found a better centre that knows the value of customer service and will only keep this centre as our last resort. It is absolutely disappointing how they let down their regular customers and how they have no aspect of customer service.

Received great service and advice from Bob with my bat repair. He fixed one of my favourite bat which I was going to throw away. Made lot of runs since he fixed it and made the handle for my liking.

Update: booked a Bowling machine and I ended up driving for half hour just to be told that there was a mistake and they couldn’t see my booking on the system. Terribly disappointing

Bar service: Did a terrific job with my bat. Repaired cracks, knocked it, oiled it and made the pick up lighter. The person also takes time to explain in detail. Highly recommend!

India Jersey I ordered from Western Sport was Navy but the one I got is sky blue that also took more than a month to recieve. Very disappointed.

One of the owner called Arun is very rude and not affraid passing racist comment on your face.their Online prices is different to retail and when u ask this they started abusing customers. I have spoken to other people and they also had simiar experience. Beware of this & Stay away from them

Very unprofessional, it has been 18days since I ordered and I haven’t received my items and have had very little responses from this company I’m regards to my order despite trying to call, email and even messaging on Facebook messenger
I would not recommend buying from this company.

Very average experience for my bat repair service.
No communication from store/guy who suppose to contact me to confirm price/quote and what’s need to be done.

When I went to store after a week as I was not contacted just to confirm what was happening and bat was so called ready (way below my expectation and way above price I was expecting)

When I asked why I was not contacted, reason I was given was guys are too busy)

You lost me and many others who I play cricket with.
