Probably shouldn’t tailgate, speed and cut people off in the work car ‍️ Looking at the reviews below, seems like this has happened before.

Jason and his team delivered on time as promised for both the installation and removal. Excellent attention to detail and the communication throughout the project was greatly appreciated. Price was comparable to other quotes and the team were very courteous.

Not even one star for this team.

Very rude and unprofessional. We hired them for two weeks time.
They didn't respond to our calls and charge huge hidden money on the rental column.

Never approach this stressful people who makes your job very complicated.

On the whole, never hire anything from them.

I would NOT recommend Western Scaffold. Their workmen seemed to have no care for breaking tiles on our roof. They damaged over 20 tiles. Then they refused to provide financial assistance for the damage. It cost us over 20% of Western Scaffold's price to repair the roof. No care, no responsibility.

If I could post this with NO stars, I would!

REALLY poor duty of care and total lack of conscientiousness. These guys seem to believe that since they have an 'out' in their contracts about any damage to be borne by the homeowner, they don't have to take any care in stomping around on your roof. They broke about 8 tiles (that were easily visible) while they were setting up (and it was clear from where the damage was that they had stepped exactly in the wrong part of the tiles, which even I know not to do), ignored the fact that there were spare tiles RIGHT next to where they were climbing the ladder, and then only told us about 1 broken tile, and didn't bother to do anything about covering the broken tiles with plastic, even though it was really rainy few weeks. When I complained, they said it was my problem.

When I told them it was time to take it down, they first told me they couldn't come for over a week, then just showed up unannounced 3 days later. When they left, the team manager had been told by the boss to tell me how many tiles were broken, and there were over another dozen tiles, including 2 ridge areas, which required a roofer to fix. Given they gave us no notice, and it was scheduled to pour rain later that same day, we had no time to organise a roofer before the rains, but again, no effort to try to help us make sure we didn't get water damage in the house while we were waiting to PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO COME AND FIX THE PROBLEMS THEY CAUSED.

Update.after sending email complaint it was opened by Chris Theofanidou.it was deleted without opening by Rebecca Shipway.no reply has been forthcoming.just about says it all for these cowboys.original.rude unprofessional staff.wouldnt recommend to worst enemy.

Dealing with this company was disappointing. The mess and damage to property was dismissed with “that was already there”. We could not communicate with the scaffolders on site as there was a language barrier. Over all very unhappy customer. IWould recommend to look else where.

Very bad company to deal with.pathetic customer service and very rude staff members after job completion hidden charges and make a real mess of the job.pls check others before quoting with them.
