Faced some intense disability discrimination here, voiced my concerns to the CEO she made multiple meetings with me and never actually followed through. I called many times since to see what happened, she was always in office but never willing to speak.they basically ghosted me as a client instead of having a conversation with an employee about disability discrimination. I know non of this is legal, I don't know how they are getting away with it. I have great relationships with all my health professionals I am a respectful client.west casa will risk their clients mental health to cover to their employees mistakes. I am pro therapy and this is the only negative experience I've had in that regard. It's an issue from the top down.

I feel like the casa course ‘my body my home’ has given me reason to hold my head up! Energy to claim my space, know that I belong and that I am supposed to be here. It has been a challenging but freeing experience.

These people were useless.

Not that you want to be involved with them. The case worker visited me in hospital just to inform me it was late and she didn't have a boss to approve of a place to stay.

Never saw her again.
Spooky as hell.

I did get print out advice on comforting myself. The teddy cuddles are important.

I still get scared tho.

Would not recommend.
Staff member in session cuts you off before you get to the point.
Complete waste of time.
Unhelpful about anything letalone domestic violence towards vulnerable or disabled individuals & wholly unable to comprehend ADD and Autism. No stars. Very disappointed.

What can I say the best place where they have kids at heart and only try and do what is the best for the children as their lives and well-being come first in every way possible

Excellent counselors, really peaceful environment and vibe. I have come a long way from where i was before with the support of their lovely staff and activities they offer.

An absolutely essential facility for the family and victims of physical and emotional trauma. I am heartened to see our taxes at work supporting services such as WestCASA in the community. The staff are professional, dedicated and compassionate. Parking can be a bit tight at busy times, so be wary you do not park to block others from leaving.
