I recommend Western Pro to all my family and friends. I have been servicing my Holden and BMW at Western Pro for the last 5 years and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. My parents and my brother are now servicing their cars with them too. Not only is Dale a mechanic but also a qualified auto electrician.
If you want a high quality service, I wouldn’t be thinking twice about going anywhere else.

This guy is a rip-off. I had a general service for my car that had no issues at all, but somehow he added unnecessary fees to the invoice which ended up costing almost 900$. Imagine taking fees for servicing then adding fees for tune check-up. And what about waste-management and freight fees? Why do i need to incur those?

This guy is a thief beware never go to him! I took my car for a roadworthy he tried to rip me off by quoting unnecessary items which was not related to roadworthy even though my car was up to the mark.

Customers cant be FAKE. A fake business percieves a customer as a fake customer!

Terrible customer service, “boss” gets angry when you don’t agree or question suggestions which is seems to increase the price by $400, worst customer service don’t come here

Dale is a very reliable, honest and professional mechanic.
You can really trust that he will repair exactly what is required, provided with great diligence.
My Mercedes has required a fair bit of maintenance over the past year and I have not once been disappointed with the quality and service provided. Highly recommend for all your service and repairs! 10/10

Have a brother out in the south eastern suburbs even he comes down to service hes vehicles with dale and hes an hour away, Dale does a great job good prices and always leaves the car running well he also explains himself well with what needs to be done and what's wrong with the car.dont hesitate to take your car in cause you'll make him your mechanic on a permanent basis.

I came across this business after searching on the net for a mechanic that services my type of vehicle. Dale the owner operates the entire workshop on his own. I found the service Dale offered to change the car brakes done very well, he came across as genuine and friendly in trying to help repair my vehicle. I have since returned again on numerous occasion and have referred other family members who have all been happy with their service and again consistent in getting the job done and offering a professional service.
