Western Halal Meats

I’ve had a recurring issue at this butcher shop where I’ve purchased whole chickens multiple times, and each time, I’ve found the breast piece missing. It’s quite disappointing, so if you plan to buy a full chicken here, be cautious.

Purchased some crumbed lamb cutlets today to find they were discoloured beyond belief. They were completely brown before cooking with a horrible smell and even though there’s crumbs still slimy to the touch. Extremely disappointed

Excellent customer service with happy faces. Loves the quality of meat which is fresh either that is red meats or chicken. My fav items is tandoori drumstick and curry chicken. Well done.

Beef curry = beef bones. Feels like wasted spices on this. This deal wasn't halal at all.

Every time I shop at this store, I promise myself not to go there anymore, buying beef here is kind of gambling. In fact if Possible I would rather buy beef from their Werribee branch, much better quality.however as I live in Geelong, it’s more convenient to go to Corio village branch. I was too shy to say on their face that quality of beef you guys are selling is poor. I couldn’t hold anymore- recently I bought 10 kg of chuck on bone, 5 kg of osso bocco, 5 kg of beef curry, quality was awful. I cooked the beef more than 5 hours but still it’s not tender rather very tough and chewy meat. Guys, business is all about quality, reputation and consistency, short term high profit vs bad reputation vs long term goodwill, now it’s your choice. I still want to see you succeed so you will get a last chance then no more, full stop!

Customer service was good. I got crumbed meats and they were bad and they smelt bad. I cooked it and took a couple of bites and it was definitely off. It took hours for the taste to leave my mouth and I was sick. I Was so disappointed I'd been looking forward to trying their crumbed meats for ages.

No customer service, staff is unprofessional, Hardly understands what customer needs. Goat meet was very bad looked left over, goat feet with hair not cleaned.

I’m not complaining about quality but you close earlier then their time. I was there drive pass 2 butcher shop. But they close early?

I thought I'd give them a try because the other butcher shop near Woolworths was closed and what a big mistake, what can I say but disgusting I wouldn't even feed it to my dog.

Meat standard is not good. Served old chicken, and lamb. Especially on weekends they don’t have fresh products admitted by their supervisor.

Always fresh meat, customer service is really good specially the girl who's in scarf she gave really good customer service.
