I would like to thank Dr Jack Green of Western Dermatology for treating me on two separate occasions for two separate conditions. I was impressed with his care and his personal follow up. After years of putting up with rosacea and consulting with another dermatologist, Dr Green was able to successfully treat me and I couldn’t be more delighted. And then late last year I returned to him regarding a new issue. He urged quick action and pathology showed it was a squamous cell carcinoma. I have also consulted with him for my children and happily recommend him to others.

Terrible customer service by reception staff, long waiting times and only minutes with Dr. Jack Greene. As it was our first appointment, I was looking for clarification on a matter and an understanding of what and why. I didn’t get any of that. Just a very rushed and unorganised dr. With limited people skills, shoved some containers at me with scribble instructions on a piece of paper. Considering it’s a specialist and upfront payment is required, this is an over populated clinic with little to no customer interaction. Discracful

Our appointments were the same experience as many other reviews - extensive waiting times (3+ hours) beyond booking time and then only minutes spent with Dr Green. His mannerism is unprofessional and quite unnerving. Our reason for seeing Dr Green was not resolved and I simply cannot trust him enough to return. Unacceptable experiences for a clinic which charges high fees for appointments.

No respect for time, 2 hours min wait is normal & when asked how much time more, they would ask if you like to reschedule, so you spoil another day for appointment too.

FIX your appointment system first, invest in a good system to manage your clinic.

It is ridiculous waiting time.no point of making booking.waited for hours.will never come back.will seek other doctors.

There is absolutely no reason to hate this clinic. Very kind and respectful staff especially Pauline. Had to make appointment urgently with any dermatologist but Sarah was very professional and polite.

Wouldn't go near this place with a 10 foot pole. Terrible waiting times, have waited over 3 hours on multiple occasions to be constantly told there is "one more patient before me". They are never ever on time, don't attempt to book an appointment if you've got plans because no one knows how long it will take. Dr Green rushes through all appointments (I've only ever been a maximum 10 minutes in his office) and doesn't stop to take a breathe and listen to his patients. He prescribes medications on a whim with little to no explanation. I've been misdiagnosed twice now by him, other dermatologists have questioned why I was ever prescribed certain things by Dr Green because it just made the problem worse. Through other reviews, it seems to be a recurring problem that he prescribes the wrong medications and just assumes what the problem is without any further examination.

Unprofessional and terrible wait times. Over a 2 hour wait time with a lack of urgency and care for other peoples schedules. Do not recommend this place at all i believe 6 year olds could run a tighter shop.

Just horrible. I was waiting to see the doctor for 2 months! Than, I came on time, waited for 1 hour in the waiting area. Than I asked a freceptionist when will be my appointment? , a receptionist said - 1 more person in front of you, wait. Ok.waited 30 min more. Then I was taking to the doctor room where I was sitting and waiting for 40 min more! So already more than 2 h. Than I came out informed the receptionist that I cant wait more, she started running around and looking for someone (she sad maybe assistant will see you) couldnt find anyone. I left this "fantastic" clinig without seeing a doctor after 2 months of waiting.

The staff were polite enough however what let the place down was the wait time. The appointment was for 11: 45. We turned up on time, then when we asked about the wait was told it was at least 45 minutes. We had to ask reception to be told this. There was no apology or explanation of a delay when we entered. I had a flight to catch and there was no regard for times. If you are booked in and then have a 45 minute delay this should be communicated to you upon arrival to ensure good customer service. In the end we waited over 3 hours and had to leave to catch a flight so didn’t even attend the appointment, absolutely terrible customer service. I would really not recommend this clinic.

Waited 2.5 hours to see Dr. Green after having appointment.
He didn't answer all my questions about my concern. He literally wanted to get rid of Me in 5 mins.
Waited months to get appointment, Waited 2.5 hours to be called by doc and spent $278 for 5 mins. Total dissatisfaction. He is a scam.

Derms are good, got rid of my very stubborn bad acne but every time I go I wait a minimum 1 hour.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
I was referred here by my GP for my Hormonal Adult acne. My initial appointment (October 2021) I waited 3 hours for my consultation kept getting told that it was 45 min delay. It was a waste of time, as when I was finally seen (mind you it was my very first appointment) the consultation went for less than 5 min because they were running late. It was rushed, no proper medical advise- told that my skin was problematic (thanks, that's why I'm here). Given anti-biotocs/ contraceptive pills and a boot seeya later. This was my experience at every follow up appointment.
I am here today for my 4-5 follow up appointment (been waiting 2 hours and 45 min) and nothing has changed! Even if the staff keep saying, they are having a bad day. Every consultation I have had at this place has been a waste of time, rushed and EXPENSIVE. There is no proper medical oversight- only rushing and over booking of patients and very EXPENSIVE.
New patients if you ever get referred here- do yourself a favour and don't waste your time. Ask for another referral.

Too long to wait in the que even after the appointment.
And they are treating the patients who came after me.
It’s not fair at all, it’s a total time waste.

Yesterday we drive from Geelong and was waiting to see Dr Green for 3 hours. Everytime receptionists were insisting this waiting time is normal for specialized dr clinic. Finally we decided to come out as we realised the whole clinic is a nightmare due to acceptance of patients ten times higher than what they should! This is unacceptable in Australia! We never had this experience before in Geelong and someone should report to higher authority to stop this happening everyday

Knowing wait times very well, booked an early spot at 7: 15. Still got called at 8: 30. Would have a better experience with improved Scheduling and parking marker lines

I strongly will NOT recommend this place especially if you are seeing Dr green. Yesterday, for my first time, i waited for 1.5 hrs and Dr Green only take like 5 mins just to see me, i was trying to explain to him what i am experiencing (waiting for thi appt for 3 months) but he was such in a hurry for the next appointment which is opposite his door. When i entered, i showed him my thinning hairs, and there he goes' okay i will prescribe some medecines for you ' during the first 2 mins only without even allowing or ready to listen what i was gonna say and he was typing on computer.
I, myself, is an international student and paying 258$ is a lot for me and getting this kind of service is regretful/frustrating. It took me an hr to drive there, waited 1.5 hrs, and actually get to see the doctor with only 5 mins which is in a hurry for next appoinment. I would ask for a refund if possible. Such a waste of time# It made me feel like it's just the money there

First Visit:
Dr Temari (sorry if I got name wrong) was exceptional, I was put with her due to Dr Green unavailability, She helped me with every problem area on me. I had 4 in total. She was there to listen.

Second checkup visit:
Had to wait an extra hour and I had Dr Green. The man doesn't wanna be there. He rushed it, only looked @ 1 of my 4 problem areas. Didn't ask if I had any questions, I had to quickly force one in while he stares at the screen. He walks out like we were done, usually doctors guide the patient out. I was shocked how unprofessional he was. Mans needs a holiday of something lol

Everyone else is superb. If you get Dr Green, oof.

5 Stars because 1st doctor helped me immensely. Skin feels like new.
-1 Star because Dr Green exists.

DO NOT GO to this clinic, the doctor has his assistant perform a cursory glance then walks in, asks if she saw anything, of note and doesn’t perform his own exam. The assistant and doctor then just leave the room unannounced and I was left to assume that was it.

Please everyone do not trust on negative comments. I went to the clinic today and was bit nervous as i read in the review section that they are taking so long to see clients and drs are rude etc etc. But the truth is staff is very soft spoken, polite and they did not take long i just had to wait for 10 mintues which is okay i guess. And drs are really amazing very calm and treated me so well.i have been suffering from skin condition since last year tried everything nothing worked for me. Then gp suggested to check with dermatologist. So i went today and dr kumari & dr jack green had seen me.
Definitely recommend this clinic ️️
