If you aren’t accepting any new patients, as I was just advised via phone - advertising this on your website would save people time, energy and money instead of paying their GP for a useless referral.

The support and guidance we have received from Dr Riju has been absolutely amazing.she has been instrumental in helping us understand ASD and stepping us through what we need to do. She is also solution focused and doesn't treat our son like he has a problem. We are thrilled with her support.

We've been seeing Dr Riju for quite a few years now and I honestly cannot fault anything she or the clinic does. Everyone is super accommodating. The reception staff are always kind and helpful and try their best to make sure our appointments are convenient for us.
Dr Riju Mital is one of the best doctors our family has ever had. She always has time to listen to us in our appointments and never rushes us away. She makes sure we as parent understands why she's using the treatment methods she's using and helps us to see the long term plan. She works with us and helps elevate any concerns we might have. The kids love her and treat her like a long time family friend.
Whenever we have any concerns, major or minor, we can contact the clinic via phone or email and Dr Riju will always get back to us.
She will go above and beyond to help us and make sure our kids are happy and healthy and working towards our goals.
I've recommended her to a number of friends who have concerns for their children and so I thought it's only right to write this review.

Saw Dr. Mehreen Majeed with my 10 month old. She was wonderful! So kind and caring. Lovely with my daughter. She listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and the next steps on my daughters care was communicated clearly and confidently. A wonderful doctor I will be happy to see again.

Western Children's Health brings customer service to a horrifying new low. They treat customers with absolute contempt. I was waiting months for my first appointment with this clinic, which was booked for first thing on a Monday morning. The clinic chose to wait until 5.01pm on a Friday night to call to confirm this appointment. Unfortunately my phone was nearly dead and I had it charging in my room and I did not hear their 2 phone calls at 5.01pm and 5.31pm. They followed their second phone call with a text message threatening the cancellation of that appointment if I did not get back to them within 60 minutes with a “YES” text. I went to retrieve my phone and saw the calls I had missed, and I DID in fact text them exactly 60 minutes later at 6.31pm with my "YES" reply. Lets take a moment to consider that after months of waiting for my appointment, it was all cancelled because I did not have my phone on me for a period of 90 minutes.

On Saturday morning at 11.25am I receive a text message that the appointment had been cancelled because they could “NOT” confirm it. I DID confirm it at 6.31pm. I subsequently made contact with the office and sent them a screenshot clearly showing my confirmation text was received at 6.31pm. I received a reply that the appointment had already been reallocated. No acknowledgement that I made the cutoff, no apology. Absolute disregard.

I have seriously never been given a 60 minute cutoff to reply to a text message. This brutal and contemptuous policy shows an utter disregard for the families of their patients. Surely they understand and have given thoughtful consideration that the families of their patients may be at work, or are looking after their children, preparing meals, or may be in meetings or traffic or on public transport or in a movie or a myriad of other circumstances at that time of day (AFTER BUSINESS HOURS ON A FRIDAY NIGHT!) If thats how the patients families are treated I have no confidence that they would provide a caring service to the patients.

I contacted the clinic with my complaint and asked for acknowledgement that I DID in fact make their strict 60 minute cutoff, and for an apology. I have not heard a word back in the ample (2 month) time I have given them. If you want a caring clinic, do your self a favour and look elsewhere.

We've visited twice now to see Dr Mittal. With doctors, it always feels like you have to blurt out as much as you can before they basically scoot you out the door.

Thankfully, Dr Mittal isn't like that. She's very thorough, attentive, doesn't make you feel like you're just another pay cheque & she's really just lovely all round.

The centre is clean, they have a cute little play nook for the kids, with an outdoor space for the kids to enjoy. The reception staff are lovely & very welcoming as well! I'm pretty happy with the care we have received at WCHC.

My 13 months old son was referred to Paediatrician DR John Singsit for his specialist opinion, we were extremely worried about our son and wanted to see him ASAP. Initially we were given an appointment on 1st week of June, however due to a cancellation, luckily we had an early appointment.
Receptionist ladies are welcoming and very helpful.
Dr Singsit heard us passionately, asked us background history of our son- pregnancy to birth, checked all relevant documents, observed our son long time and eventually comforted us saying ‘nothing to be worried about’. He is a very knowledgeable person and good at children psychology. Dr Singsit doesn’t treat a patient robotically, rather uses his brain and experience.

Clean and inviting environment. Friendly welcoming and professional staff. Great access for both public transport users and cars. Experience at clinic was not overwhelming or crowded. Very easy to feel comfortable, validated and heard. Prompt service. Easy payment and claiming options. Will continue to use this service for my children's needs.

Dr Mittal from Western Children's Health Centre has been a great help. We have been seeing her for many years. She is very friendly, thorough and always follows up.

Very disappointed.very unorganized n keep changing the appointments on the day it's scheduled. They even can't guarantee the same therapist. What's the point of going? Different Receptionists are calling one says yes appointment can't do n few hours later another one calls saying can do. I'm so disappointed. So many calls for one appointment.

I have been going here for 3 years with my kids. It is the most welcoming place i jave been to. We have had amazing experiences with the paeds and OT here and recommend them to everyone.

Tried to get an Appointment for a 2yrs Old. Receptionist was less Helpful and continuously said that they cant give an accurate appointment time.

Terrible. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else for Paediatrician and allied health. Very disappointed, very money hungry business

It's taken me a while to write but I feel I need to. I felt pushed into seeing OT and psychology from this service after seeing a paediatrician at this service. After starting therapy with a different service recently I have been surprised by the difference. I get feedback at the end of session and clear goals for what to do next. I had no idea that there was such variance. I thought by getting an experienced OT I would be getting the best. My new OT is not so experienced but much more enthusiastic and my child now really enjoys therapy. I wished I'd done some research first.

I’m very pleased with what the service provides for my son they are very helpful and my son has improved and come along way from when he first stared till now.my son has been seeing Ronell the OT and shes absolutely amazing at what she does my son gets very excited to see her for the therapy sessions highly recommend this place for all your Therapy needs.

I was very disappointed on some of the reviews I have just read. This practice is by far the best I have ever been to and have been attending this practice for 4 years now every 2 weeks. The reception staff are outstanding, the will and have gone above and beyond for me and my son and could honestly not praise them enough for what they do and what they are willing to do to help you when needed.
The specialist’s I see here are also truly amazing. They also go above and beyond for me and my son and I honestly could not have done my job as a mum dealing with an ASD/ADHD child without them. Their constant work, support and advise has helped me get through our day to day life and our family life to. My son has come soooo far every year they work with him and will continue to because of them. I just could have done this without them, they ALL deserve the acknowledgment and credit for what they do.

Dr Shobia is AMAZING! She listened and was great with my little girl. Her advice was wonderful and worked. Would highly recommend her.
