Extremely bad experience. Very rude and errogant manager. She does not have any sense to talk to parents or to anyone. Does not value the customers and when asked why is the water cold for toddlers, then she replied we can’t do anything. Will never recommend this centre to anyone

Coaches and staffs are very very nice! So happy to see my daughter no longer scared attending classes but enjoyed swimming! Can’t believe she in level 5 now!

We are so happy here! Classes are nice and small with the instructors and office staff taking the time to really get to know the children.this has been perfect for my oldest who at times can get really anxious in the lead up to classes. The staff here have been so patient and wonderful with her and making her feel safe. All my girls love coming here. Highly recommend.

Last week，our class had 6 students, if I didn’t ask the girl, there was no explanation. Last term was same, we were in the class, has 2 kids showed up in the class for trial, my kid and the other kid just stayed in the water for doing nothing more than 10mins. I asked about that, and they just say sorry, that is it, no explanation too!

I can’t put up with this time, I complained last week, because it was second time happened on us. They offered us another makeup class on that day, but we had other appointment later so I decline the girl.

And I also heard the conversation between the parent and the staff. The parent said they came early. So I doubt the system, normally they gather all the kids and check the name and get the kids into the pool. And that two kids arriving late, before they get into the pool, there were 4 kids in the lane already, why they didn’t check!

Centre manager explained to me there were 2 coaches in that lane. I was observing the class in that short 30 mins, although 2 coaches, I couldn’t see any effectiveness, since 2 plus 6 squeeze in one lane, and one young coach looks like in the probation period. Not even mention that 2 kids even not wearing the goggles properly, the coaches were trying to help them! I don’t know what do the kids can learn from that class. Luckily I try to quit this program already, or maybe luckily they don’t bear the parents like me.

I recently had my 30th birthday at the Westerfolds Sport Centre.
It was an extremely easy process and Jo was fantastic! The venue was perfect, the staff were great and super accommodating with all the last-minute requests! Will be coming back for future events!

Westerfolds is the perfect location for swimming, squash and social functions. I highly recommend the staff and facilities.

I’ve had three daughters learn to swim here from 3 years of age. Great swimming centre that is friendly and has customer service at its core. The swim teachers take the time to develop the skill set of each child and keep you updated on their progress. In particular, I have to mention Jo, who is honestly the best swimming teacher you will come across, she is so patient with the younger ages and it is amazing to see the confidence in the water they develop! Highly recommend

Very small pool and caters mostly for younger and infant age group, not great for older kids wanting to learn proper swimming technique. The instructor is very robotic and does not identify any strength and weakness of each child in the class. Not recommended.

Hired out the squash club room for my daughter’s disco birthday party. With 30 kids the space was perfect. The parents really enjoyed the bar while watching the kids and the staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. Great kitchen and use of the oven, microwave and pie warmer. This room would be ideal for any milestone birthday or similar function. All the parents commented how ideal the room was. Will definitely plan something here again in the future. Thank you!

I have never ever met a person that treats children as poorly as the manager of the swim school here.
It is a habit to tell them off and make them cry.
Constantly rude to people and antagonising.
Do yourself a favour and keep your kids away.

PS THE SQUASH CENTER IS FABULOUS! WITH AMAZING COACHES!

Fantastic kid's swimming lessons with dedicated pool and teachers who make lessons fun and are great at gently helping kids overcome any problems or fears.

A very good swimming environment for young children. I've had both of my children in lessons since they were 1 year old and they love swimming. The team at westerfolds is highly skilled and very friendly. I have been most pleased with Jude as a teacher bit overall just a great place to learn to swim.
