Mick and the carpet court team did an exceptional job at getting my timber flooring installed before Christmas. Customer service and installation second to none! Looks amazing and couldn’t be happier guys.

Good price and great service, especially from Michael who helped us out with a few changes during the process. The laminate, vinyl and carpet all came out great!

We have had excellent advice and surface preparation for our hall, which is used at least five days every week. The last time we had the floor resurfaced was five years ago. This is great products and workmanship.

We are absolutely loving our new carpet. It’s stunning! All the staff were exceptional and our carpet layer Andrew was fantastic. Would recommend to everyone.

UPDATE in response to Carpet Court's reply below: What exactly is not factual? We have provided a review based on our exact experience with your company. Your response highlights the lack of professionalism your company displays.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: We had an absolutely abysmal experience with Carpet Court Grovedale and actively DO NOT recommend them. We booked to have our carpet installed in completion on Friday morning. Twice during the week prior they rang to see if they could install it earlier, but we stated we couldn't as my partner had taken the day off work on Friday to remove all furniture. They changed the time of our installation to afternoon without asking or telling us. The night before installation we got an email asserting to make sure ALL furniture was removed, so we did. The afternoon of the installation the installer failed to show so we called and they said he was held up. He eventually got there at 2: 30, wasn't friendly, didn't introduce himself or apologise for any delay. He completed two rooms, left them very messy, then said he couldn't do the last room. When I asked why I was met with extreme hostility which follows with a rant by him saying he had to pick his child up and hadn't had lunch. He said he had told management he couldn't finish our job at 9am that morning, but no one had told us. He left, and I rang the manager Mick to provide feedback and ask when the carpet would be completed. He acted like we were an inconvenience and was exceptionally rude and unsympathetic. He rejected any request for any small partial refund for the abysmal behaviour and process, patronised me and spoke over me. He said the carpet would be finished on Monday at 9am. At 9am Monday, no one showed. At 9: 20 I rang to see what was going on. Mick told me he had forgotten to request the installer to come back. He apologised and said they would be there at 10am. As a paying customer who simply wanted our carpet installed professionally, in a timely fashion, we are appalled by the treatment we received from Carpet Court Grovedale. Apologies from them came too little too late, and they completely messed us around and wasted our time. I am still waiting on a call from the company manager, but so far have not had this request addressed. I encourage customers to actively avoid this business, unless you want to be treated with hostility for no reason in your own home, and over the phone by an apparent manager, AND be left with messy carpeted rooms. I do not blame the installer for the poor time management and incompetencies. I believe these are problems with the management and culture. The only consistently professional person we encountered at this store was Brodie.

We are return customers and once again are delighted with the result! This time we had vinyl tile flooring put down in the wet areas. Brodie was very helpful at every stage in the process and we are thrilled with the result. For a very reasonable price we have transformed our darker and dated wet areas to a light filled fresh area. It's amazing to see the transformation! Thanks again Brodie.

We purchased high quality Wool carpet for a reno, from Grovedale Carpet Court for 4 bedrooms which cost around $7,500. It was installed to 3 out of the 4 bedrooms, we thought it odd that they didn't have enough and it didn't look like what we purchased. But they had installed the wrong carpet! They installed our $7.5k carpet into another house, who had paid $2k for synthetic carpet so were all to happy to get our wool carpet and weren't giving it back.
Carpet Court offered us $1,500 off $7,500 to keep the synthetic carpet, then upped the offer to $2,000. So we would still have been paying $5000 for something we didn't want that actually cost someone else $2000 to buy.
We said we wanted what we bought, but they then told us that carpet wasn't available for another 2 months. So we had to pick another colour in that range as they didn't have anything else of that quality.

EDIT: Just to be clear what Carpet Court responded with below is a lie, the 2 other ranges weren't the same quality, the one we picked was called "Grand Luxury" and others "Queentwist" and "Regency Twist" respectively. Even the names give it away. Thanks for adding insult to injury!

I dealt with Brodie at Grovedale Carpet Call on a sizeable order of carpet and hybrid. I did get another quote just to compare pricing and they were $500 cheaper the 2nd quote but due to dealing with Brodie and the knowledge and how he went above and beyond I went with Brodie. Brodie you are an amazing front person for the business due to your honesty and how genuine you are. Well done Brodie I’ll be sending other clients your way.

Great experience from the quote to the installation. The installers communication was great and the job was completed as stated. Aaron was extremely helpful in store and I would recommend the team to anyone.
