Staff are very helpful and polite the wait area was very open and airy with loads of comfy seats and there is plenty of car parks out the front and there are a few disability spots too very close to the main entry

Got into my appointment quite quickly. Medicare rebate came through straight away after paying consultation fee.

Love this clinic they actually care and don't treat the clinic like a process line will definitely be staying at this one

Staff at reception are very professional and easy going natures and care to help you even if it’s a silly question they treat you like a person not a number clinic is clean and tv programs whilst waiting are informative thank you for again a 5 star experience!

Got to my appointment with 5 minutes to spare. The doctor was seeing a patient as I waited, as I was next, I waited a further 5 minutes before calling in to see our usual doctor who is efficient, attentive and has a great bed side manner and knowledge of his patients, as both myself and my partner see the same dr and we both have different ailments.

Thank you to the whole team at Westcare, especially Dr. Hayden Green. For the first time in a long time I feel like a patient and not a number. A big thumbs up for your professionalism and care.

Great facility with amazing staff. The only doctors I trust with my families medical needs.

Admin staff are very friendly and professional. My GP is a godsend. She explains things thoroughly and is easy to talk to. I'm very happy that I chose Westcare.

My family have been coming here for over 30 years have never had any issues. Dr Jacobs is by far and away the best Dr in Melton. Yes it's disappointing that they no longer bulk bill, but you can blame the Australian Government for that for not increasing the rate of payment for Drs who bulk bill. I for one would never go anywhere else.

Very poor telephone services! Always very busy and cutting off! However, the doctors services are very good! They must improve the telephone services.

EDIT: I changed my rating to four stars after Dr Alastair Stark showed me that doctors can be professional, compassionate and understanding. It was a breath of fresh air to speak to a doctor who is very different to most other doctors at this clinic. We still don't have a long-term solution but having Dr Stark talk to us and actually understand and listen to our needs was very encouraging to my mother. Last night, she slept better than she had in a long while.

My family has been going to Westcare Medical Center for over 30 years. Lately, I've been less than impressed. My 72 year old mother is being treated with medications that require authorities since her 40s. In the last 4 years we have had four doctors leave and have been forced to find a new doctor. Each time, I have asked our doctor to pass on my mothers clinical notes and medications to the new doctor and to have a conversation about my mother's condition and needs. Each time, that has not occurred.

Furthermore, I received a call from Dr Mirza Mehmood informing me that he refuses to treat my mother and perscribe her authority medications that she has been perscribed for the last 30 years. That's fine and it is within his right. I stress, though, that he didn't even know that we had been referred to him and didn't even bother to look at my mothers clinical history in order to make an informed decision.

I understand that some doctors don't feel comfortable inheriting 'legacy' patients that were put on these addictive medications by other doctors in the past. However, I shouldn't have to 'shop' for doctors willing to treat my mother every time a doctor leaves. It's stressful and puts further mental strain on my mother who has enough to deal with every day.

I would not recommend this medical centre at all. Very incompetent. I have a elderly client been going there 20yrs. His doctor retired and the medical centre is failing to uptake this person. Not filling his scripts which is quite dangerous. I really would not go to this medical centre if you want great care especially if elderly. Disgusting behaviour.

My family and my self have the best off care by westcare we are very well looked after by our family doctor and the people who work there

Been coming to this clinic for over 20 years. Some of the original doctors are still practicing. The others are all of exceptional quality.

Every doctor I have been treated by at this center has always shown great care and dedication to me. They sometimes may not know an answer due to training, but they are always resourceful and senior doctor's are happy to step in when needed. Facility is pretty good as well but maybe have a better area for children or at least abc kids on TV to help when waiting. Will always come here no matter where I live. Very hard finding a decent Doctor these days.

Attended and was seen to by triage nurse promptly. However with one doctor on scene there was quite a wait.

Any other week i would praise this medical centre but this week, they’ve completely disappointed me over 1 unpaid consultation, withholding my new prescription until account is paid, so I’m now to go without my much needed DAILY medication that keeps me well in a lot of different ways, that I’ve been taking for years -now to just go completely without until i pay the $20 gap fee on Tuesday! So angry, really never thought they’d turn so greedy & cruel to make a patient of 10+yrs go without very serious medication over a $20 gap fee.
