6 With the installation of my new ducted system, I visited Brett a multitude of times to the point I would have been tired of seeing me! Always polite and helpful! His professional advice on ducted systems.sizing.cfm and velocity calculations and what needed to be changed has been invaluable! His customer service is superfluous and an already good air flow is now better than great! A wealth of knowledge and information not surprising with 20 yrs of experience!

Updated measurements were lost, nothing could be found, we measured, took in an image, called, went in- - no result! I've never experienced frustration to this level! An apology doesn't cut it.
The guys were very helpful. Paul at the counter suggested the best aircon for my budget. They gave me duct and fittings as a package. Nice work
