This place is one of many worst place of any halal food supply stores. The other day I bought 2 kg beef. When I get back home I have found that, they gave me 790g plus big chunks bonus and fats within 2kg of meet. I was very unhappy and got back to the store and explained to them this is unfair business practice and they’re cheating us. They told me that it’s the standard procedure of selling Carrie cat sale. So beware of this place find alternative place for your shopping.

The quality of the meat in this shop really meets the expectation, especially the red meat. The way it’s packed and serviced is really nice. I highly recommend this place.

They did not changed gloves while served me goat meat, gloves just to show client they don't change after each service, food department should be more concerned about this shop specifically meat selling and keeping thanks

Poor compliance with covid protocols, staff with no mask, or uses as chin lift! Nobody cares about QR code.

During this lockdown the workers don't wear mask while attending to customers. When I told them they were too arrogant. They don't follow the covid rules and this is why we are still on lockdown due to people whom don't follow the rules and don't care about how many people are loosing love ones day by day due to this covid 19.why should I buy from your butcher if you don't take my wellbeing seriously how many people had to shut down their business due to this covid and you that had the advantage to open up you not following rules.i will never buy from your store period.

Only halal meat option in Melton so no else to compare with. Can't comment on red meat as fridge was empty at 9: 15am in the morning. Luckily Saif from shop management fullfill my chicken curry need from inside the store and it was fresh. Maybe next time i will come bit late. You can have all other kitchen related itemslike rice, flour etc in this store. Location is very convenient next to melton station.

The pricing and the product is great compared to other shops except the timings as it closes too early for the people working in city till the time i reach this place is closed. Would be good & convinient if a halal meat shop works till 7 in the evening.

They have bad customer service, I went to buy meat and I asked if they could cut it for me, the answer was the machine has been cleaned and they can't cut it. So my question is do they cut meat for the customers with uncleaned machine or they were just not interested in doing it. Be careful with the meat as well I once bought wings that were smelling, they had been there for a while. Not fresh.
