Great place to play bingo great prizes great service and awesome atmosphere will be going again

Steve would have to be the rudest staff member that works there. No patience and arrogant doesn’t even sum him up. Spoke to manager and quite frankly don’t think he will be spoken to. Lose the suit mate!

Venue, prizes and calling is great. The regulars think they rule the place and can make you feel uncomfortable. If you sit in their seat you will know about it. Also a lot of noise from people during the game with coughing and shuffling of food wrappers, not great if you like it quiet

People need to stop moving around whiling bingo is being called! There’s enough breaks for everyone to go to the toilet and get a coffee, and the talking and opening break openers during the game…just play bingo

Service is slow both to get machines or paperback books
Meals are average all fried and greasy.

As it is a warehouse heating and cooling of venue are often not on or adjusted as venue is to hot and uncomfortable.
Same people winning every week! Noted
Toilets are thilthy/dirty.
Cash prises are low for the amount of money you pay for 48 books.

Don't buy your coffee from their canteen, very disappointed that a very venue of this size displays on their big screens they will serve you a latte for $3 with doughnut but then they give you an instant coffee which they give you for free at the back of the hall: (

DO NOT GO HERE! This place scams you and will refuse to give you you’re winnings! This happened to me a while back and also just happened to my brother tonight! Multiple people at the bingo came up to my brother and his partner saying the same thing has previously happened to them at West Side Bingo as well. Malcolm proceeded to be disgustingly rude and he hung up the phone when talking to my mother regarding the situation. Don’t waste your time or your money!

Good entertainment, sub-par food. If you're a husband who accompanies his wife to Bingo just for the food, forget it.

Prices are good but they NEVER answer their contact number. I don't see the point of having it. Need a phone number that actually picks up! Ladies in the kitchen need to learn how to smile please, if you don't like your job, QUIT!

The prizes should be shared around more not the same people winning all the time and NOT just one game they winning 2 or more games it is wrong it needs to be shared around more.the people who work there or volunteer should not be playing and there should be no children it is mean't a game for over 18 year old not to encourage children to gamble

We have asked to have my mother in laws details deleted from the database at least 10 times via phone calls to Malcolm and text msgs, still she receives daily texts from the bingo centre, now it has been reported and to the VCGLR, seriously how hard is it to delete details of someone that does NOT want to be reminded of these people - formerly Thomo!
