I haven't been too impressed with their abilities at all.nor by their slacking off since coved hit us. Everybody has been putting in half the effort. IF THAT

They can't really help you with any legal service unless it's criminal offence. Tried to get advice on family matters and they gave me a lawyer who spent an hour with me on the phone just to let me know at the end of the conversation that he can't help me and referred me to other services that couldn't help me either. Waste of time

It was Tanya who served me for the first time, and she asked me a lot of legal questions. Because I need legal assistance and financial advisor assistance. Later Tanya recommended me to Geri, Tanya told me that they are both social workers, there is a little difference, I don't know the specific difference. Last week Geri called me to make an appointment to meet today (6/6/2023), and she told me that I would make an appointment with a financial advisor to meet at the same time. But when I went to her office today, there was no financial advisor at all. Geri asked me a lot of legal and confidential questions. After getting my answer, she told me that she was just a social worker working for the hospital and could not help me. So I asked her to ecstasy the information I provided on a piece of paper. She refused me, and then said that she called her superior to ask if it could be destroyed, but she said that she couldn't get through the phone and asked me to go with her to find her. The superior was actually trying to take me out of the security room. I found something wrong and followed her back to the security room and asked her to destroy the conversation, so she sounded the alarm and told her colleagues that she was afraid of me. What's wrong with me just asking to destroy the conversation? Since they can't help me, why do they ask me to meet again and again and ask so many intimate questions about the law? To give people hope and make people despair is like opening my wound and then sprinkle a handful of salt on it. Open again and again sprinkle salt, this wound will never be healed. Is their behavior a hypocrite's omission or another purpose? I was unaccompanied and my supposed relative (husband) took me to court before he died. For nearly three years, seeking legal aid has been kicked like this without any help. Fairness and justice, human rights are not reflected in us immigrants. Is their behavior a hypocrite's inaction or another purpose? Relative (husband) took me to court before he died. There is no rights and no justice to me.
