The admin team were so welcoming for our first visit to the clinic today. Leanne our vet was so lovely and caring to Molly our Moodle for her first visit. We were so happy overall, thank you so much. Overall, I've had a very positive experience with most of the vets at the Warragul Clinic and have seen 6 or 7 so feel that's a decent sample size. All have taken the time to explain in detail, provide recommendations and given me the respect and time to make informed decisions to provide the best care to my dogs. I've really appreciated their open-minded approach to vet care, nutrition and vaccine/worming/tick protection protocols and continual learning to provide the most up-to-date information. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Vet care isn't cheap, but I feel respected and not rushed through my appointments which is appreciated.

Whole team provides excellent service, from booking an appointment to settling the account. I always feel listened to about my concerns and I love the way all the staff treat my dog! (Who is extremely bouncy!) They are always kind, patient and affectionate towards him. Every vet I have seen at this practice has been amazing, I always feel like they have nothing but my dogs best interests at heart. Would not take my dog anywhere else now.

I highly recommend West Gippsland Vet Care to all my friends and family. The support and understanding always makes me feel at ease when my fur babies are in their care. All staff are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything to me so I am never feeling unsure. Everyone is extremely friendly from the moment you walk in the door. Our 2 dogs are always excited to go to the vet as they're spoilt whilst there. Our dogs recently spent the night at the vets and I want to say a massive thank you to all who cared for them. I knew they were in safe hands at all times as I was kept updated frequently which brings so much relief in a stressful time. I am a stress head when it comes to the dogs as they are my world, so knowing they are in safe hands and being cared for is such a relief. Very welcoming experience coming to West Gippsland Vet in Warragul. My usual Vet was not available and I needed an urgent appointment. You were able to fit me in quickly and in the consultation I appreciated the time the Vet took to tell me in detail about the procedure that needed to take place. Very happy and will be coming back for future visits.

Great advise and management tips for my aging GSD. Superb service and they also made the insurance claims for me.

Very friendly staff and super informative vet. Very thorough and supportive. Made our 12 week old puppy feel at home and she was so excited being there! Zulu got lots of treats and pats, and it wasn't a stressful experience for her whatsoever

Experienced Vets have cared for our farm animals and pets. Clear joint decision making always. Vet nurses and admin staff also very professional. Clear discussion on my dogs condition and advice on costs before any services.

Nothing short of the most dedicated and knowledgeable vets around. The care given to my pup made me feel at ease when she was incredibly sick. Updated during the day. Very thorough with their checks and providing after care information.

Staff were very understanding and compassionate, treated my pet with great care and showed me how to continue treatment for my pet at home. Costs were explained upfront and very reasonable. Great small animal knowledge (specifically rabbit).
