Good products, albeit pricey, but the WORST after sales customer service I’ve ever experienced. Bought a mirror as an xmas gift with the explicit promise it would be delivered before xmas.arrived days afterwards. When arrived, mirror was broken. The process to organise a replacement was an absolute catastrophe. They never picked up the broken mirror and was told to dispose of it myself (a 45 kilo 6 foot item). Will simply never shop here again as the whole experience has been that terrible.

One of the more unique interior design stores. Not totally arty or boutique but you'll probably find something you enjoy

Terrible customer service. Messed up my order a few times, even rang me to say the orders are in even though they are not. At one point I was informed to process a return on my order and to repurchased at another branch. Never encountered such service anywhere around Australia.

Spend $2700 online about 5 weeks ago.still no furniture, no info, no arrangement for delivery, no tracking numbers, no staff with any knowledge. Long story but It's been VERY disappointing.meanwhile they make interest on my money. Nightmare.still no answers.

Ok so I bought many things in one hit - some I could take with me that day, some needed to be ordered in. Maybe that was too much confusion for them. Anyway I organized to come and pick up a heavy planter and when we arrived, despite it having been paid for - there was no sign of it and slight panic ensued (for them). Eventually it was located but when I got it home it contained dirt and the plant tags for the palms it must have contained before the staff tipped out the store floor planter and wrapped it up to give to me! I don't mind buying the floor stock but a) tell me b) clean it out!
Very very odd experience across the board. Will head to Westelm Chadstone in the future.

Pricey limited products compared to US and Dubai stores. Set up cramped. Why does every store need to introduce it's products in chapet street south yarra?

Westelm has lovely stuff and high quality (albeit on the pricey). However, the service in this particular store should be reviewed. On the several occasions I've been in store the staff barely acknowledge customers, but worse still on more than one occasion they could be heard making disparaging comments about difficult-to-deal with customers. Poor form with implications for the brand.

Very enthusiastic staff about there cool furniture they sell and very helpful staff over the weekend, nice relaxed environment felt like we could just browse and relax in store or in our case get lots of customer service.looking forward to the in house design help. Awesome furniture.

Bought furniture in store and told it would be delivered in 1 week. 7 weeks later and still no table. Told there's a mix up with the shipping company but no one can tell me where my table is or when I'm getting. I'm $600 and still can't believe no one knows where my table is.

It's a shame the store was extremely dusty and untidy making it an unpleasant shopping experience. We won't be going back: (

There are some stunning products here and the 2-storey store is a quirky but charming place to shop.

It tends to get busy, so service might take a while, and the laneway out the pack for pickups is hard to stop at if you do need to collect or return a larger item.
