Wesley is an excellent craftsman and has done 2 jobs for me. He replicated some gorgeous glass panels in a front door and also replaced my plain bathroom windows with glass befitting the art deco period of the building. Wesley communicates well, is punctual, well priced and completely reliable. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Back in July I began a hunt for a leadlight cross to give my husband for Christmas. I found nothing that was quite right, so I began a search for someone who would custom-craft one... And I am delighted to have found Wesley Vine Glass Craftsman.

I had no concept of how something like this would be done, but Gen started me at Square One and patiently walked me through the process of selecting a design and colours, answering all my questions thoroughly. When she sent her first mock-up I had a few changes to make and we went back and forth a few times; again, she was patient and professional through that process. When I apologized for taking so long and changing things up, Gen's response was something to the effect of "I just want it to be right for your husband. "

At that moment I realised that Gen cared about this, too. My project was important to her, and she was committed to the cross being exactly what I wanted. Such great customer service!

Our Christmas was all the sweeter with how delighted my husband was with his gift!

I absolutely love the glass panel Wes made for us, it is truly a one off work of art. I knew nothing about stained glass or lead light except that I wanted something for a particular door. I gave Wes a very (very) crude sketch of what I wanted and he turned it into something absolutely stunning as well as educating us in the difference between lead-light and stained glass. Fabulous craftsmanship - design, detail, skill, care with your property. You shouldn’t use anywhere else for your lead light restoration or new windows.
Wesley knows all there is to know about Melbourne historic leadlights so knows how they should be treated and brought back to life - our old leadlights are simply beautiful now after a good clean and a few small repairs (all completed in-situ).
Wesley also created a series of new etched windows for bathroom renovations which are just perfect for our Victorian-era house.
