Werribee Visitor Information Centre reviews
11The service is absolutely 10/10. David & Kathy helped us find out more about the area and we continued chatting for a long time. The knowledge from the both of them blew me away and made me even more excited to explore the Werribee region.
Incredible customer service here. We mentioned that we just moved to the area and the staff member put together a little welcome bag of brochures and spoke to us for a bit. Made our day
Extremely friendly and knowledgable staff. David was able to provide me a wonderful map for walks in the area. He also shared some of his historical knowledge of the area as he told me about the guided walks which I am really looking forward to joining.
David & Jasmine were great - told me all the best places for birding and I ended up adding a couple of days onto my stay in the area. Genuine enthusiasm trumps ‘follow the process’ customer service every time! Two thumbs up. Thanks both
Great experience. Very helpful staff. David and Jasmine were very helpful and gave us lots of flyers and goodies. We can’t wait to explore the area.
Provided all the information we needed to visit werribee and bird watching at the Western Water treatment plant. Jasmine was very helpful and provided all the safety info and useful advice. Thank you Jasmine!
Jasmine was very friendly, giving us loads of information and useful advice for the visit to Western treatment plant)
Great staff, very friendly they know a lot and show that in Werribee there are many plans to do
The lady was more interested in where we were from rather than what we wanted to see and do. Once she had that she left and went over to a different counter. There are heaps of brochures there though which is helpful.
Also annoying that you have to drive all the way to the zoo to the visitor information centre. It should be in the centre of Werribee.
Superb. David, the volunteer Officer was amazingly helpful in giving us the information we need.
