Ordered Kids friendly playground mulch from them. Truck driver came to our house for delivery with cigarettes and loud music on. I showed him where to deliver and he just don’t care and unload the expensive mulch on native strip and blocked the pathway. Then he came out and said SORRY and get off. I called the office and they transfer my call to truck driver and he hang up on me. I called again and now they said we delivered where you asked for delivery. The mulch was ordered for special needs kids at home for their sensory need and they just ruined everything.

Great prices. Can’t fault the service. Was in and out of the yard in less than 10 mins. Ordered, paid and loaded.

Have been going here for years until the service I recieved was poor.
Paid for 2 meters of mulch but only recieved 1 even after asking the guy loading.
Went to another place instead and sure enough our trailer was filled.

Just got off the phone with this so-called business trying to get an idea of pricing. Seemed that it was all too much trouble for him to explain to me how the strong the concrete should be for my application. The then said that he "has to go because he's got customers waiting to be helped", like I was't a potential customer, like I called him up to find out how how his hemorrhoids were treating him. He clearly didn't think that I was worth being his customer and now I surely will not be. They don't deserve 1 full star but that is the min you can give them. Rude! Rude! Rude!

Efficient, well priced and as long as you don't expect much in terms of polite customer service you'll get what you pay for. Delivered 3m³ without any issues

Superb service. I found the staff to be very friendly and polite. They walked me through the center and explained all the different types of soils and rocks.

I ordered 2m³ of triple mix soil and had it delivered on the weekend. The delivery came on the correct time as requested, and the soil was placed where I wanted it.

The triple mix soil was evenly mixed. The soil is very high quality, and as I expected it.

Extremely poor customer service. The person on the reception/ phone is excessively rude and dismissive but the prices for some items seems a bit competitive.

Ordered vegetable soil (for my veggie patch) last night and it’s already on its way this morning. Was so much cheaper than all green nursery and delivery was heaps cheaper than all green as well! Thanks

Ordered top soil, stones and crushed rock with no issues each time. Best prices around Werribee and delivered everything on time.

They like taking our money but no customer service,
The Lady didn’t know what she was talking about and The man was rude with no customer service and didn’t listen to understand our questions.

Well organised and professional people. They helped me to put concrete on by front yard and they did it really well.

But charged me for 10m3.
