I have been coming to this practice for over three years now & have found the reception staff fantastic, the nurses & doctors are all very professional but I would like to give a special mention to my doctor Dr Zameer who has always been exceptional especially during recent times when I had complications after surgery, his professionalism & compassion made a very difficult time much easier for me to get through.

Very poor service and lazy doctors. It’s been a week now and they are not responding about test reports.
I went in looking to go in a mental health plan, this was my first time at this practice and first meeting with Dr Ainiee, given that I had never been on mental health plan before I didn’t feel she showed any empathy or concern and walked out of that feeling like I was not heard or seen. Very disappointed
Reception staff are fantastic it's a shame the medical staff are only interested in revolving door clients. Do not go if you have feelings.
Such bad service. Doctors don't listen, give wrong referrals, I am going to make a formal complaint to the medical board about this clinic

Why don't you fire off the receptionist. I don't get this despite so many reviews and repeated complaints to manager why isn't the reception been reshuffled
Do not see Dr asif Mahmud. In the middle of our appointment he literally told me that my time is up and I need to leave when he wasn’t finished diagnosing me. So rude and unlocal like. Took a day off to see the doctor and now I need to take another day off to have my self diagnosed. He said he needs to see the next patient when I was the only one there as I was leaving and as I am writing this no one has still walked into the medical centre and it’s been 15 minutes since walking out. Do not go to this clinic it’s my second time having an issue. Clearly some places don’t deserve a second chance especially in the health sector.
If you’ve had COVID and are negative with no symptoms, they WILL NOT see you in person until 4 weeks post negative.
This policy isn’t written anywhere, and they won’t tell you until you come into the clinic for your appointment.
I received extremely poor communication from the clinic about this. I had checked in for my appointment and wasn’t told it was telehealth.
While waiting, I was yelled at by the receptionist when I didn’t answer my phone. She also loudly had to tell the full waiting room why Dr Aine couldn’t see me.
Save yourself the embarrassment and go to another clinic, who’ll actually see you in person and won’t brush off your complaints.
Dr Aine made me feel extremely invalidated during this fall as well, which lasted a whole 1-2 minutes. I felt rushed and overwhelmed, so I don’t plan on returning to this clinic
Peoples reviews of this place are so wrong! Every time I come here I have nothing but nice staff and helpful GP’s. I bet all those leaving rude reviews are self entitled patients who demand the service is either their way or the Highway. I’ve witnessed what these poor receptionists have to deal with day in, day out and think they do a fabulous job! I certainly wouldn’t want their job with the way the public carry on at them. Well done to them all.
Ripping people off. Charging for more than 20 minutes consult where patient was not even in the consult room for 5 minutes. I advise people to check their Medicare claims done by this clinic. I will report this clinic and the doctor to Medicare. It was absolutely unprofessional.
I got checked by this particular General Practitioner, Dr Ainiee Shafqat, and was extremely disappointed with the quality of check-up I was getting. She looked and spoke like she’s in a rush (my check-up with her lasted like 3-5 mins) and I can feel the air of arrogance in her tone and manner of speaking. There is no chair beside her table so we have to sit away from her. She called me to stand up next to her to get my blood pressure. She expected me to stand up and did not offer a seat when I was already feeling dizzy and unwell. It was my husband who asked her if I could sit down. After that, I explained to her what happened and she was already typing on the monitor to prescribe me antibiotic. We have to ask her what the antibiotic was for. She said I have sinusitis. I was puzzled. My husband said to her that I don’t have colds and cough. She said it doesn’t matter and you can have sinusitis anytime. This doctor did not do further probing questions to check me further. She did not check my eyes and ears or anything. She was quick to make her own diagnosis and prescribe me medication that I feel was not right for me. Because of it, I went for a second opinion to another doctor. I got the right diagnosis that I have migraine instead of sinusitis. This second doctor was really good and really listened and asked me questions. She checked my eyes, ears, walking, measure my stomach and refer me to have health check based on the information she gathered. This is the kind of doctor Australia need. You can’t just trust your health and life to the know-it-all, arrogant and patronising doctors around. My take away from all these is to trust and follow my instinct. Since not all doctors here in Australia seemed to know what they’re doing and talking about.
Medical Center Receptionist Speak Rudely to the Patient.any time you go Walk in and book appointment their behaviour was Rude and nationality Abuses to the patients. They unfair behaviour to the patients. They no manors how to behave with the Customers. Reports to the Health Services their Rudely behaviour.
The customer service in this clinic is absolutely appalling, i have walked in to see my doctor for results on xrays on my lungs and the old cranky disgusting lady was so rude to me just because i wasn't wearing a mask even though I HAVE a medical certificate for not being able to wear one. I have been many places in my life never in my life have i ever been more angry and disgusted at how someone has spoken to me.the 2 ladys should hang their heads in shame and should be stripped of a job, this business will be going downhill aslong as they are there.
Dr. Mohsin is the best doctor I've ever been a patient of! He is kind and caring and extremely intelligent. He makes sure that I get the best care and asks me about my health rather than talking down to me as some doctor's I've experienced in the past.the staff here are lovely and the facilities are clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.
Absolutely would not recommend if you're in need of mental health help. My partner went just to get a new script from a doctor closer to home than her old one, even with her old doctor saying to give them her number if they need to confirm it, but was instead berated by the doctor who seen her and refused to print out a script. Even going so far as to say she needs to work on her mental health. HELLO? THATS WHY SHES THERE? !
