Werribee Outdoor Pool

Nice pool complex, has plenty of grass area and covers for picnic style activities. 1 pool for playing about, now with a couple of water sprinkling things and a full length swimming pool for serious people. When hot get in early as can get busy and line is long.

Absolutely putrid service. Kicked out because of doing "bombs" and threatened to have police called on me. Ebony needs a course in customer service and common decency. Enduring that rudeness at a place where I've spent my childhood growing up and I wasn't the only one doing bombs. Disgusting.

Horrible do not go here. Paid $4.50 for a barely cooked sausage roll and woke up with food poisoning the next day.

Waiting 45 minutes to get in, no one at ticket window but security guard to ensure no one can get in. Complete joke. Heads need to roll at the management level of this facility

Very clean and neat area. Pool is clean too.
Plenty of shade and areas to relax or put a small tent for kids.

First time being back in 5 years. And seriously poor communication with staff. I waited with my 2 babies in the sun to reserve a umbrella close to the kids pool and reception. 2 staff members walk passed me and my babies and undo other patrons umbrellas whom were further away. 15 mins later they come to us last and then tell us the umbrella is broken. The decency would have been to take 30seconds and tell me the umbrella is broken. Now there's no spots available for me and my kids to sit in shade.

Took grandchildren here for 1st Vicswim session this week. A lot of good work in shaded areas since last there fir school swimming carnival.

Beautiful Pool an absolute pleasure to come here! Always clean and well looked after, particularly beautiful in the morning!

Poor management by Brooke, on the page said 6: 30pm closing time on Sunday and they starting to kick people out at 5: 45pm. As soon I asked the lady was very rude and couldn't explained the closing times.
Web page is not updated don't follow that.

Great outdoor pool, nothing better than swimming outdoors. I wish Wyndham Council would keep the pool open in the middle of the day. Sometimes they close it from 10.30 to 3.30.

People waiting for hours trying to get into the pool. Badly under staffed. Staff have no idea what's going on.

Horrible organisation. More security than lifeguards means that capacity is reached within 1hr and everyone have to line up forever to get in. No one even there to count if anyone walks out.

Fantastic outdoor pool, friendly helpful happy staff, nice clean water and environment and surrounds, pools heated well - not too warm or cool just right, kids pool area usually slightly warmer than main pool which is fantastic for the little ones, only negative is, it is only open over summer and not all year other than that can't complain

Beautiful outdoor pools. Plenty of shaded areas, friendly staff. Cockatoos having a watch on the trees surrounding.

Fantastic, heated 50m outdoor pool. Great place for a swim. There's also a very popular kids pool too.

It would be perfect if it was a year round pool, unfortunately it's currently only seasonal.

Such a great family friendly pool, awesome facilities and lifeguards are always watching the water.

It's a great family location, could do with more food and beverage choices. Almost always sold out by lunch. Great staff though.

Awesome for a hot day as the water isnt warmed.some staff are a bit weird.my 2 sons were told they could pin drop and were sat out 3 times for 15mins with 3 other brown boys all doing what i thought were pin drops.alot of other kids diving and bombing however were able to carry on.hmmmm? Im not too sure about that but will keep an eye out.still love the venue however

Been going since I was a little kid. Love the upgrade. Lots of parking. Cheap entry. Little canteen for foid and drinks. Undercover picnic spots. Great fun

I was there with my school so it was obviously a bit crowded. When we came there was no rubbish and the pool was decent quality
