I have just purchased my new Qashqai from Jai at Werribee Nissan, 1 week turn around from test drive to in my driveway what an amazing effort on Nissans behalf.

My wife (& I) bought a traded in vehicle through Dion at Werribee Nissan. Dion and the team went above and beyond by meeting our needs to purchase the vehicle, they had the bumpers resprayed & minor paint chips touched-up making the vehicle look brand new. They gave us buyers confidence by guaranteeing that Werribee Nissan would cover manufacturers warranty if for any reason it was denied by Hyundai and as the car was close to a scheduled service they included the next service with our purchase. Dion made my wifes day by putting a big red bow (usually reserved for new car purchases) on the bonnet of the car on the day of pick up. There was no 'to and fro' with Dion, we told him our maximum price and he made it happen, straight shooter, no mucking around. We also thanked him for his patience, as the insurance company that was paying out my wifes previous car write off delayed our payment multiple times pushing back the date to pick up the car by a week, we were stressed but Dion was relaxed and assured us it wasn't an issue and he'd have the car detailed again when we were ready to pick up the car. All in all it was a great experience at Werribee Nissan and we recommend dealing with Dion highly.

So inquired about a car and was happy for the purchase. Was then unhappy with the finance terms so opted not to get it and relayed in emails. I then get a call from the dealership who were still trying to sell me the car and I said no I would not be taking the car as was unhappy about the finances and the added extra's on top. After that he stated that "I couldn't afford it" and started to throw insults at me. I will not be purchasing a Nissan ever again.

We dealt with Dion at Werribee Nissan to buy an XTrail recently. Dion was really easy to deal with, helpful and had excellent follow up. We were happy with the deal we got, very happy with the car and the service from Werribee Nissan. Their range of cars was much larger than other Nissan dealerships that we visited and service at Werribee Nissan is great.

I recently bought a 2020 Nissan Leaf from salesman Dion Kolyvas. I’m in Tasmania and the entire purchase was made through virtual means: web for car information, email for documents and phone for questions. The reasons I chose to buy from Werribee was

1) The car was really well documented online with detailed clear photos and a user friendly easy to use website;

2) The price was excellent and worth shipping a car to Tasmania instead of buying here; but it would not have been enough if I hadn’t had the salesman who could steer me seamlessly through the actual purchase. That’s where Dion comes in;

3) From the moment he responded to my first enquire (fast) Dion was enthusiastic, responsive and courteous. He’s no slacker and he’s motivated, that’s for sure!

He didn’t drop the ball once. He answered calls quickly, found information if he didn’t have it. His product knowledge is excellent and if he doesn’t know he finds out. This support continued even after the sale when I had some follow up questions. I put him to the test a bit, especially with it being my first electric vehicle and then when standing in line at Services Tasmania I suddenly needed an extra document in a hurry. Amazingly he’d sent what I needed in an email attachment by the time I reached the firing of the line!

That’s really too service. I’m loving the Leaf, thanks and I highly recommend Werribee Nissan.

I have always been servicing my Nissan Dualis at Werribee Nissan since I bought it from 2011. They have the best customer service. Even though my car is no longer under manufacturing warranty, I still prefer their service. I tried other local mechanics but realised they could not compete with Werribee Nissan for customer service and expertise in Nissan cars. They have people like Alex and Marcus willing to help their customers with a professional and friendly manner. I feel like I am a valuable customer not just a number. Nissan cars are very quality built and very reliable. I haven't had any issue with my Dualis for the past 10 years. However I had a leaking water pump issue with my Volkswagen Tiguan even though with low KMs. Volkswagen rejected my goodwill claim even though it is a known issue to them. The local dealer was unwilling to submit a internal review claim for me because my car was 2 years out of warranty. However Werribee Nissan and Nissan head office we're very helpful and supportive when I had some issue with a tailgate handle. They were willing to go above and beyond to ensure their customers were well looked after. I have more faith in Nissan quality and Weribee Nissan's customer service. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends about them. My next car I will be purchasing from them too for sure!
