Werribee Mitsubishi

I have done servicing of my car here and they charged me $860 which is absolutely too much high. They had given me 2 servicing free when I bought this car, looks like they are charging that money now indirectly.

Dean, Adam and the team were amazing and have completely blown us away with their customer service. The whole experience buying my new outlander was so easy and would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much team!

I went into Werribee Mitsubishi not knowing exactly what I wanted or even if I wanted to buy an outlander at all. I was greeted by Dany who was very friendly and helpful and showed me different outlanders with different features. I wasn't 100% sure at the time with the car so wanted to look at another brand. He wasn't pushy at all and was happy for us to look around. Once we had decided the outlander was the one, Dany was super efficient with that paperwork and delivery time. He explained all the bells and whistles and set up my phone also. Thank you for your help, we love the car. Would highly recommend Dany and Werribee Mitsubishi.

Bought a used car from the dealership last week. Dany (salesperson) helped shortlist cars that matched what I was looking for. He was extremely patient, not pushy and ensured that I got the best deal. Dany also offered to do little touch ups at no extra charge. He was easily contactable and willing to answer any questions both during and even after the purchase. Very efficient service overall and I’ve had no issues with the car. Highly recommend ̈

From the first time I contacted the dealership right through to the time I picked up my car, their service was faultless.and I was only buying a used car. Les and the team treated me like I was buying a top of the range brand new car. Could not recommend them more highly.

Loved my experience at Werribee Mitsubishi. Dany was an excellent salesman, had great knowledge of the cars I was interested in and listened to what I was after. He organised test drives for the two cars I was looking at, and gave me plenty of time to make my decision.

Was very close to buying a new car. Then the sales man gave me the price of the vehicle. It was $1000 over the advertised Mitsubishi website price. I asked why this was the case? He said; "that the advertised price was only for PARTICIPATING dealers.we are not participating". Went to a different dealer, and was offered a price below the advertised price. Stay away from Werribee Mitsubishi.

One of the worse customer service I have ever seen given by the owner of the agency.

Worst Customer service ever. The owner won’t let you test drive until you commit to purchase the car. He was very rude and unprofessional.
