Dr. Salma Yasmin was very good and pleasant to deal with. Being a new patient, asked the right questions and provided the right advice.

Unhelpful, didn’t provide any useful advice to help my daughter, just said nonsense to make me stay on the phone longer to get my money

Terrible doctor his name is Dr Musah i was very sick in pain and said for me to leave and pay for the appointment when he didn’t give me any medicine or anything to help me. Pure disgusting

Werribee Medical & Dental Centre is an excellent Medical Practise.they have a professional team and highly experienced GP's and other medical examination facilities.

If you have a child that is scared of the dentist or a special needs child that won't let you near his mouth. I highly recommend Dr Nadia Barrett. She is patient and takes the time to get your child desensitised to the dental chair. I never in a million years thought my special needs child would allow the dentist to check and clean his teeth. But today that happappened, all thanks to Dr Nadia Barrett.

Dr Md Ikramul Islam is very helpful and thorough. Listens to my complaint and immidiately sends me for examination. Hw is the perfect doctor for me!

Staff have little to no respect
for fellow human beings, sometimes they are just plain rude, If you dont like your job leave dont take it out on us, they need to realise people who come to this bussiness (and it is a business) dont want to be there they are not feeling well, show a little compassion and respect go's both ways and this bussiness should be ashamed of there staff, most of the doctors are only there to collect a pay cheque and have no interest in the patients, avoid this clinic if you can or attend with low expectations and you wont be dissapoined

Thanks to the priority care services it released my stress and worries for waiting time to get appointment and get checked….

I have been going to this practice for over 12 years. First at their old location and now in Werribee. The staff and doctors are great. My only gripe is that they have now dropped their bulk billing status. This may ultimately force me to chose another provider.

This centre need staff who KNOW how to deal with PATIENTS not just numbers. Also employ people to answer phones, i've been waiting on two phones for over 15 minutes and i'm a medical professional supposedly with priority on pressing 0.what a joke this place has become.so many of my patients tell me the staff are hopeless.

Always had a nice experience here from the receptionists and GP.
Consulted Dr. Nadia for my baby boy, she is very knowledgeable, patient and explained to us thoroughly.

Always had a good experience here. Staff are friendly and helpful, and very accommodating. I was 20 minutes late due to traffic, and they still made room for me. Very appreciative for that.

The doctor was also good. Showed genuine concern and empathized with my situation.

Today I had an appointment with G P Dr Rahul Verma of Werribee medical and dental for my severe illness.
I was very much impressed by the way he was diagnosing my illness, taking notes of my every feeling and pains.
It was my first and only one experience I had with Dr R Verma.
To be honest when he was talking to me I totally forgot about my pain and I felt that he has a healing touch. It was my honest experience I had when we had a chat. He never lost his patience with me and with the true medical profession he treated me with kindness, compassion and made me feel very comfortable and welcoming.
I have no words to express my gratitude, feeling and happiness towards Dr Rahul Verma of Werribee medical and dental center.
I wish him all the best for his honest and successful professional practice and he will continue to work with the same spirit to all his patients on future.

It is my first time and I was very impressed. I saw Dr Shumba and was very pleased. From the reception to the medical treatment, I am thoroughly satisfied. I had ultrasound scheduled for the same day and blood work the next. Everyone was very professional and the process was seamless! As a prior healthcare professional, I can say it was a very positive outcome. Thanks for your assistance and professionalism.

We have been seeing Dr Rahul and he is very approachable and very helpful. His advise and treatment is prompt and is effective.i highly recommend him. Also the reception staff is approachable and responsive.

Today I was called to pick up my daughter from school as she had an injury. My normal doctor wouldn't fit us in so we came here. We had the best treatment, were seen in a really timely manner and everyone, reception, nurse, x-ray, doctors were exceptional with helping us. Really fantastic job done by all, we really felt cared for in an emergency situation. Thanks everyone

Dr Puchooa is very knowledgeable and empathetic. He listens patiently and is never in a hurry. He explains everything in simple and easy to understand manner. My wife and I are grateful for high quality consultations and support provided by Dr Puchooa.

Doctors seen sitting in rooms for 20-30 mins without calling in any patients, going for walks outside while on shift, more or less doing anything to have to take another patient in. When the reception says 2-3 hour waits they're not joking. With all the rooms and facilities they have here i find it very hard to envision why they wouldnt hire more GPs and have faster service like many smaller medical offices can even offer. Reception appear quite standoffish and there isn't much soul or feeling of caring here more like just a machine that has been left running and we are just the power supply keeping it alive. - Reception staff extremely rude and condescending to me and other customers per the other reviews. Doctors will go several hours without ever calling a patient. After 3 hours wait i asked and was told I'm #1 in the queue but it could still be a another 2-3 hours wait because doctors pick and choose who they want to serve. Have been advised that they prioritize phone health calls over actual in office patients waiting, I'm only here for a medical certificate which would take the doctor no more then 1 minute but i have been punished with 4 hours of waiting time. Maybe they could ask if it's for a medical cert or not to prioritize these faster consultations. After several approaches and discussions from the manager to no avail i left and never even got seen. Would not go again, can not recommend and i get the sense that they would be thankful if you didn't come here.

Use the app to book appointment and check in at the computer terminal and appointments are within 10 minutes of scheduled time. Great medical centre with blood lab, xray, dentist, physio, and a pharmacist right next door.

I notice that the reception staff are a lot more polite and helpful than they used to be! It’s a convenient medical centre with a number of good doctors.
