Just bought a near new Toyota Corolla hybrid from this dealership. These late model, low km vehicles hard to find! Excellent help and service from Ash, (who happens to be a Toyota ‘expert’… great for me), Suzy and also Shaunak. All the staff I observed interacting with other customers seemed genuinely friendly and lots of smiles. Would happily recommend Werribee Kia to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. While I was not in market for a Kia, I have heard good reports. And my little dog was very welcome!

Was looking for a new dual cab ute, went to one Isuzu dealer and stood there for almost 10 minutes with no help, walked out and decided to head to Werribee Kia. Waiting outside the front door was Sheraz.

We were immediately greeted with a smile and hand shake, he was fantastic, negotiated an awesome trade in on a D-max X-terrain in the colour I wanted and it was in stock.

Sheraz and his manager Shaun were fantastic, awesome customer service from both and were a deciding factor in buying the car.

Me and my mum recently visited Werribee KIA to test drive a vehicle, and I must say that my experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I’m fully prepared to purchase my first vehicle if I’m happy with it. However, the salesperson I encountered there made the entire experience unpleasant and uncomfortable.

We have spoken about buying the vehicle after test driving if we are happy with it. During the test drive, it became apparent that their policy is to pressure customers into buying a car immediately after test driving it. I was shocked by the salesperson's attitude and behavior. When I politely expressed that I have found few issues with the vehicle and trying to get to know more about the issues, since I am not professional with vehicle, I was met with hostility and incessant questioning. I am very disappointed so I explained that I needed more time to think about my decision but again I met with hostility and incessant questioning. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I believe that as a customer, I should have the right to take my time and make an informed decision without being subjected to aggressive sales tactics. It's essential for any business to respect the customer's choice, whether they decide to purchase a car or not. Unfortunately, my experience at Werribee KIA was far from respectful.

I hope that Werribee KIA takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates its sales approach. No customer should feel pressured or harassed when considering a significant purchase like a car. I strongly urge them to improve their customer service and ensure a more welcoming and respectful environment for potential buyers.
I would caution anyone considering visiting Werribee KIA to be prepared for an uncomfortable sales experience and to be firm in asserting your right to take your time in making a decision.

Customer service isnt great. The salesmen werent interested at all. I asked them to call me when there was a certain car available and they called me after the same salesman sold it

Went to Werribee Kia a couple of Saturday's ago looking for a new-ish second-hand car after my old car had been ridden off and spoke with Peter who helped me. One hour later, I had happily purchased a fantastic Cerato for a great deal that was ready to be picked up just three days later, which is a fantastic outcome in today's car climate. Pete was very helpful, patient and a delight to deal with. Very happy customer and a proud Kia owner now!

I had my second service for my 2020 Kia Cerato done at Kia in Hoppers Crossing. They said my front wipers needed to be replaced. Before my wipers were completely silent. They replaced them and they made the worst screeching sound even when it was heavy rain. I rang and complained and they changed them for a second new set. For the next service I went to a private mechanic that does all cars and explained what Kia did and he changed them and now the wipers are completely silent like they were before Kia in Hoppers Crossing got my car. I was also not happy about the price of my service in Hoppers Crossing. The price was insane for a car so new.

Such a pleasant experience Ricardo went above and beyond showing me all the features in my brand new GT-line sorento! All the ladies at reception were lovely my little daughter loved chatting with them! Highly recommend Kia werribee!

The worst possible service. Dodge sales staff and terrible customer service. Had I been the boss I would have sacked them all or had I had the money I would have sued them. Stay away. Yes Kia but no to Werribee Kia.

Bought Santa fe 2018, gave only one key and told me they are looking for the second key, 3 week later still looking for the key. Paid $200 to reserve the car online, asked for refund, they gave form to fill, filled the form, one week later called for refund, they said I have to fill refund again as they lost the 1st one. Filled the form and then 2 weeks later still waiting for refund. Staff don't really care about customer. Multiple email send, no reply to emails, my suggestion, DO NOT PAY THEM IN FULL until you have what you need.

I popped into the dealership to see if there was a deal to be done, as I had originally thought about going back to Ford (where I bought my Ranger). My Wife and I got chatting to Peter, and he was amazing! The very fact he didn’t try to sell me the car was what I loved, the car has to sell itself!
Peter was totally professional, and a bloody good Lad. Between him and the finance Guru Adi, I got myself a superb car that I’m over the moon with! Thanks Guy’s, you’re the bloody best in the West!

Very poor customer service. Were told when purchasing a second hand vehicle that it had 8 years new car warranty remaining on it. Have since been told that we only have 10000kms remaining

I was promised of 3 month Rego and to my surprise this was not done. When I called to check, the manager said it is only for cars whose registration is lapsed and he cant help.

We bought a GTLine Sorento with the main purchasing decision being the 7 year warranty, after our experience with Werribee Kia service department I am hoping that this was not a huge mistake.

Booked in to have a towbar fitted, arrived to find the job was not in the system, no towbar available and basically "it's not my job" from the service department team.

I like the car (other than the increasingly erratic lane assistance functions and no updates from Kia) however not at all impressed with a dealer who when poor service is bought to the principals attention can not even bother to pick up the phone him/herself to make a simple apology and show any care factor whatsoever.

Kia Werribee appears to think I'm after a free towbar rather than understand I found another dealer who actually provided normal service and fitted/charged for what they quoted on.

Kia Australia appears ok with this as have had no communication from them either.

In January I was looking for my first car and was browsing in different dealerships. I visited Werribee KIA to look at options and the staff were very friend and approachable.

We first got help from Steven the Sales executive and Steven was very friendly, informative and gave excellent customer service.

We then had a chat with Shannon the Finance consultant to talk about repayment options. Shannon was very helpful and easy to talk to and the overall experience was excellent.

I highly recommend Werribee KIA if you're looking for a new car, the overall experience was stress free and the customer service was excellent.

I bought a used vehicle from the team at Werribee Kia and it was a very smooth process. I dealt with Patrick Moshi and he was great to deal with. He even drove my car to the transport depot as I needed it freighted up to NSW. Would recommend Werribee Kia if you’re looking for a new/used car.
