I would not even give these guys 1 star! Horrible service, never buy from this shop! Staff here are extremely rude! They had my balloons blown up 2 days before the collection day, the only way I knew this is coz I went there to change the colour of the ballon (2 days before the collection date) but they said it can’t be changed as it was blown already. And their excuse was that they had over 50 orders and are busy! When I placed the order, they said I could change the colour of the balloon 24 hrs, but they refused to change the colour. They don’t keep their word and we’re rude to my partner when he went 24hrs prior to collection. My advice is don’t look for proximity, look for customer service.

Helpful Staff, good location, the lady who wear glasses today provided excellent service. Family so happy with the order, will go back again.

Nice selections and I come here for my balloons regularly but please when people come in the store acknowledge them I stood for ages waiting for attention turn while everyone just made balloons and the whole time my balloons were ready I don't know if I should just yell over the counter to announce myself next time

Awesome store, the lady at the counter saved me yesterday, she gave me all the ideas of balloons and flowers.
This Asian lady is so professional that I will definite come back and bring family & friends.

Yvonne was very helpful in organising some balloons for my daughters first birthday. She is always very helpful and willing to help anyone when they come into store.

Went in more for a browse today. Did not expect to find the brilliant, extensive range of accessories that they have. Have a Gatsby themed event coming up and got to pick up long black gloves for the same price as l had seen them online. Also unexpectedly got to purchase a cigarette holder to top off my costume. Great find.

Recently been there and had a quote taken for deco Hire. I ended up not going with the other deco as I preferred Leona party Hire's quote which was emailed in writing. However at the time of booking they did not honor the quote and tried to over price me. Very Dodgy business. Not trusting another hire order.

They have a great variety of things but what stood out for me was that they have all the options like we're planning a baby shower and this place has an aisle dedicated to all that you would need for an event like that and much much more so for that I give a 5 star. Service a great too.

Purchased helium balloons at 2: 45pm and by 6: 00pm, one balloon has popped and others already deflated and on the ground. Paying the extra amount for hi-flow means absolutely nothing! Todays purchase was a waste of time and money! The service is always rubbish, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I will never coming back to this shop. The old lady is rude! She should not be working here. She doesn't know how to assist her customer properly. She raised her voice to assist you so you don't need to ask for her assistance. She's always on the counter counting money and she just delicate everything to the young lady. Is she the manager? I hope the owner could see this so that they are aware of what is going on to their shop

Nice variety but to bad the service lets them down.
I asked a question to the lady in the front and she pointed to where i need to go whilst taking to a fellow employee. Then when i paid no acknowledgement and continued talking.

This store has everything! Had the best customer service last Friday the girls really know what they are talking about!

Awesome shop.loads of party wares from costumes to table decor for parties to weddings. Worth a visit.

Will not come back, assistant manager Kayla needs to go to do a business course on customer service it seems. Sells us a balloons, one loses air, instead of offering a refund on the next day as we cant come back wants to fight about it till the cows come home. Let me tell you that a review speaks a thousand words, your balloon quality has dropped over the years and this is the final straw of guaranteeing a non return of business.

Would I recommend, NO, not any more. You had your chance to redeem and you failed dismally. Good luck with your poor performing business model.

It's find great for balloons and special order for a party but maybe goto spotlight if you wanna make your own costume or anything like that.

Good Place to hire or buy all kinds of party related items/products or place to look for any kind of themed parties.

Variety range of party items in store. The aisles are really narrow which is a down fall because it's always busy in there and it's hard to pass someone that's already in a aisle. Affordable items too and range of party costumes! Big store too!
