15 Prices OUTRAGEOUS + Service/attitude of staff terrible.
Asked about (small) shake and a dog deal (no longer on board) -$11.50, plus an extra dog. -$18.50! That’s insane!
For what u get, a shrivelled squashed up roll, with a skinny hot dog and small shake, which is virtually a small glass of milk with a teaspoon of ice cream. Just disgraceful example of *PRICE GOUGING* way way beyond any reasonable adjustments for inflation.
Mgt - your staff need a good kick up the …/talking too, and u need to seriously get real with your prices. What a disgrace. Used to be so good too. Shame.

When I went to pay she absolutely snatched the money out of my hand with a cross face. I asked why did u snatch the money like that turned around and walked off. Absolutely horrible attitude. Having worked in the centre for a couple of years this was far by the worst service I’ve ever experienced which has prompted this review.

My husband is forever going on about the Mega Choc shake that he enjoyed in his youth and whilst doing some shopping last night I said shall we get one then. To me it tasted predominantly of that artificial chocolate sauce and for him it was enjoyable but not quite how he recollected it. Inflation has hit the pricepoint too at like $9
I was patiently waiting to be served at this Wendy's at 4: 30pm which is usually known to be a dead hour and proven by today it was. There were 4 girls on floor all standing near the back doing nothing but chatting. I stood at the front register waiting to be served only to get glears from the girls prioritising their conversation over work. I continued to stand there for 5 minutes waiting for one to eventually serve me. Disgusting work ethic and attitude.

If the staff could have moved any slower, I would have thought them mannequins. Three people “working”, only one serving. The other two busy cleaning imaginary syrup from plastic dispensers and actively avoiding eye contact with customers that were five deep. Got a chocolate sundae which was less than half full. I understand that sometimes a bad day can get the better of us, but all three appeared to have swallowed the same pill of discontent. Zero stars out of five. Would not recommend.
Very friendly workers, even though it was very busy on Boxing Day, they still provided good service and enthusiasm, the girls working there on Boxing Day should be proud.
Awful experience and confused staff, I wanted dark ice chocolate but I got milk chocolate. I put it in rubbish bin, after.

The girl with brown hair serving today 24th November 2020 was so rude. Absolutely appalling customer service by her. I am a regular to this store, but will never come back again.
For some reason i always get terrible services when i go to this Wendy's, and it gets worse when i try to order from them on menulog. About 80% of the time my order Gets cancelled, and 20% of the time when it doesn't get cancelled my order arrive completely wrong.
I think the staff at Wendy's might want to try a little bit harder before they end up with no customers.

Ordered a take home pack. Staff was annoyed that we did. Had filled only three quarters of the container, even though other outlets we have been to squashes it down and fills all the way to the top. Asked for a refund and told that they don't do refunds. Returned the ice cream anyway and was magically offered cash. Staff need to be retrained.
