Wendy's Delacombe Town Centre

My family and I went to the Ballarat store today and got some icecream and shakes. Our Sunday was meant to be a flake hot fudge sunday but recieved it without a flake.

Upon walking up and politely letting them know and saying sorry the guy threw his head back, rolled his eye's and gave me a look like I was annoying him. My family and other customer's had witnessed this and said they can't believe he just did that.
You could tell he doesn't enjoy his job and didn't want to be there, I didn't have time to catch his name but he had black glasses, curly short dark brown hair.

Looks bad on the business when you have employees giving attitude over a mistake they made even when you were polite to them.

Purchased 2 cheesy bacon dogs with bbq sauce and was very disappointed with it @ $10 ea.the lack of sauce, cheese and bacon is rediculous not to mention the way it was served. And this is why children should be accompanied by an adult manager

Paid $10 for a hotdog that’s suppose to have bacon on it, one tiny slice, very small amount of cheese and sauce. Not happy

Great customer service and very friendly staff. Good quality and quantity of food n ice cream. Will visit it again. My kids love it.

After receiving raw food, They don’t feel ashamed and even were not sorry about whatever they did…. Didn’t even ask for any refund or discount….

Coffee is pretty good, and so many options for ice-cream! We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the doughnuts were. Staff is lovely and we’re always served with a smile Highly recommend!

The employees at Wendy's are always so nice and friendly they try and make sure you are happy with your order.

Had ice cream/gelato from one side of the globe to the other, nothing comes close to Wendy’s, it's the quality of the ingredients that set it apart as well as the variety from their stock standard old favourites to the ever changing specials.
If you are a bit of an ice cream freak, give Wendy’s a try, anything else is a very ordinary substitute.

This place is elegant with an awesome vibe. I went for breakfast and the food was amazing. The service was speedy and friendly. Their quality of food is absolutely incredible! This lone visit has made this one of my favorite spots.

Wendy has a great variety of ice creams. Huge scoops. Great staff. Reasonably price. Went few times while visiting Ballarat

The ice cream was barely in the cone. Before she took her first lick it fell off. Even a tiny replacement scoop just to taste it would have been appreciated. First time costumers to Wendy’s. Disappointed they couldn’t help brighten our day.

I brought 3 doughnuts. Nearly needed my glasses to see them. The worst value possible. Considering cost of goods on these is less than 10% you would be helping yourself by doubling the size

Got a mouldy bread roll and they tried to blame their supplier, and told me to take it up with them, even though they served it.

Wendy’s staff made the perfect coffee and as a regular everyone is so kind and welcoming. Fast service:)

Great Customer Service and Waiting time's for food is short.amazing staff and food.lovely place for family to go to.

Disgusted school children running the shop. Advertising wedges with sour cream and sweet chilli.
No sour cream so just give elderly customer wedges without. No explanation till another customer spoke on his behalf that shouldn't charge full price.
Think adult needed to be in 5he shop

As regular customers since it opened we find the service impeccable, always friendly and obliging. Sorry joy that you think school children are not capable of serving customers, many young people have started their work in venues like these and gone on to better things.

You dont pack hot food and cold food together to be put in a thermal bag. If you dont have this basic knowledge, you should reconsider your profession.
