4GOOD RANGE OF GIFTWARE, NICE SALES GIRLS. I am a VIC customer, 3 shops. Since stage 4 lock down, I did couple online orders. I notice they changed website, the stock available can be seen, and more category online. Hopefully the show room will open soon.
I have been dealt business with Wendy Imports for a long time, it was ok before, but perhaps they changed management lately, their service are absolutely rubbish.
I bought an art from them in mid April, they came two in the package, one of them was damaged, I took photos and sent to the person in charged and requested some credit.she kept telling me she needed to ask the accountant, but never got back to me. I had to keep calling their office, but no one answered for two weeks. Finally there was someone answered the phone, but they kept saying to call back the next day, that mucked around for another week. Then I got hold of the so call person in charged, she told me to send the photos of damaged again. Why why why? Haven't I sent photos at the first time? If I had to send again, whatever I did previously was waste of time! Poor management!
This person told me she would get back to me after received the photos. Same thing happened again, I had to chase her what was going on, I am very busy, I don't have time to keep chasing her! After a few attempts, she answered the call, refused to provide me the credit, nevertheless she hung up my phone, I have never encountered a rude person like this.
COME ON, You sold me a damaged product, i only asked for some refund, was that too much to ask?
From the beginning of this issue till now, it has been 4 weeks
it shows me that how poor service and management this business is. Her attitude to handle this matter is absolute ATROCIOUS!
Wendy Imports, you have lost me as a long term customer, you lost your reputation!
Easy to find something to love here for our business. They have a specials corner as well which is great for small bargains. We like it that we can pick items off the floor and then they grab from warehouse straight away and we can take home.saves on freight charges!
