Where to start, this place has done more damage to the mental health of its staff due to one person and that is the so called Mental Health Coordinator who shall be named as Tanya Hayes. If the spot light is not on her and you do not give into her drama of her personal life then you have no hope. She has many teams under her and takes full credit for their success when she gives one day or two days worth of training and is off on holidays. A complete hypocrite, states the importance of not accessing your laptop or work phone outside of work hours yet will be sending emails at 4am in the morning or 6am in the morning. Apparently the shoe can fit her and no one else. Her bullying tactics and the “I’m well known in the Gippsland region mentality” is used to intimidate staff. She discusses other staff at different sites at the Traralgon office and goes in to greet lengths of how they do this and that in a negative way. Again she is known to hire team leaders that are not adequate for the job, such as her best friends husband who came from retail to mental health with no formal training. Will throw anyone under the bus to cover her own inadequacies to the point she makes it clear she is tight with the regional manager, so you don’t go above her head. Staff plot together to quit all at once due to her abuse and so called status.
Staff are usually amazing. This woman needs a reality check and the regional manager needs to ask herself why so many staff leave or get fired so quickly.
