6Most support workers are amazing however the same cannot be said for management and rostering. The later will leave you without critical supports for extended periods of time without any care or concern.
Terrible organisation. Bullies, dishonest, rude. They are an absolute mess of an organisation and don't even know how to do their jobs properly after so long.
I have been employed with Wellways for over 6 years, in multiple different roles and love working here! Supportive team members and managers make coming to work easy and enjoyable! Knowing we are making a difference within our community and our participants lives is very rewarding.
Absolutely bloody appalling! Actually they simply resort to, and unapologetically promote Bullying.
Not good at all I lost my ndis they did not help.when the money stoped they dumped me. Went to court to get my India back won no help from wellway
