BE AWARE OF THESE PEOPLE - totally agree with the below review. The support workers take total advantage of people with disabilities under the NDIS. They will take a percentage of NDIS money and after that they will not help you. These guys are all under qualified and will not assist you. After many ignored phone calls and many complaints to the NDIS commission they still will ignore you. The current support worker Chelsea even falsified documents stating that’s 37.5 hours out of 40 hours were allocated to my plan. When I only had 3 hours of one on one contact and majority on the phone contact were complaints. None of my plan was used. (only a small amount which my family had to organise) Have taken this further but advise any one not to deal with these people. There manager Michael gave my family consistant wrong information about the NDIS process and we had to learn everything on our own. They will take your money and not support you after that. We went through 4 support coordinators in a year and for a time didn’t have one at all and now no contact at all. Go elsewhere for support coordination!
The whole process has caused me a negative impact on my health with all the stress I was put under because of my experience.

I had worst experience with their support coordination. They charged For 8 hours from the plan when they actually worked only for 5.5 hours. Even manager accepted the mistake but told there is no way they can refund the money. Support coordinator I was provided with was so ignorant. She had no idea about any services. Even after using 8 hrs of support coordination out of 24 hours she was unable to provide any useful information. When I confronted the manager he said he will not able to replace the support coordinator for another 4-5 weeks as they are very busy. I had to muck around and call every single agency to take my son’s account. But I was told that Wellways has used too many hours already and we don’t have much hours left to work with. After a month interchage agreed to work with me on my son’s NDIS plan. I DO NOT recommend Wellways to anyone. Very unprofessional and unreliable people. They don’t deserve even a single star rating

I've been working with my support facilitator for almost a year now and she's been great. She's kind, supportive and has helped put me in touch with some people and services that have been really helpful. I hope the NDIS keeps their work well funded.
