Wells Road Medical Centre

The Dr was very uninterested in examining me when I said I felt very sick he said verbatim “ what do you want me to do? ”
I said I would like you to check k my throat.
Then I had to ask for my ears to be checked. - he said you look fine- and I have a CT scan as I’m extremely sick with Chronic Sinus infection.
No interest in treating me.
Also took my 7 yr old said he had thrown up just a tiny bit and complained of sore tummy- Dr said he was fine- took him to another Clinic and he is badly constipated. Would not recommend- also always running 30 minutes late

George was absolutely fantastic with my daughter. He was able to engage with her, where many haven't. So caring, patient and understanding. Cannot thank him enough.

Got surgery for implanon removal, doctors and nurses were very kind, informative and helpful.

Very professional nurses and they explained the procedure and answered any questions I asked

Went without an appointment as I forgot to get a referral to see specialist waited a short while but reception staff excellent managed to squeeze me in very happy

Been coming here for several years now. Dr Vijitha is wonderful. Reception and nurses always pleasant.

I find this practice very easy and simple to get a quick appointment and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I am able to consistently see my usual GP and never need to see someone else which I think is important.

Being going to this clinic for a few years now. The staff have been nothing but helpful and delightful to deal with, such lovely, caring receptionists. The care I have received over the years has been nothing short of amazing, I feel my Doctors cares so much and always gives me 100% satisfaction. Always happy to answer all my questions. Overall great experience.

My mother in law attends this medical clinic, l have attended with her on occasions, she has always received excellent care, thankyou to all the staff for their excellent care & attention ️?

Horrible service/reception omg wait more than 1.5hours terrible omg try if you can avoid these my little son fall off from bed he was is in pain crying for all the time called them before went in there been told come in than waited so long and in the left without seeing anybody very unprofessional do not recommend at all to anyone

Severely cut my finger and went to Wells Road Medical Centre for initial consultation. Wonderful experience! Dr. George Fagar was wonderful and the staff was also helpful, kind and skilful. They assessed the situation and made recommendations to ensured the best results. The follow ups were professional and conducted smoothly. I am so glad I chose Wells Road Medical Clinic and would highly recommend to anyone.

Every time I attend the Wells Rd Medical Centre. I am more than happy with the service, but recently I've been so impressed with the care and treatment (as have my Peter Mac Dr's) I've been given that to say I'm grateful isn't enough. From the receptionists to the GP Dr George Farag I cannot thank them enough. Very caring, kind and understanding.

I would like to say thank you very much wells road medical. I came in today 19/11/22 with high blood pressure. I was very worried about it cause it’s never been like that before. The lovely nurse came and got me straight away and check it. She actually checked it a few times to make sure. Then I seen the doctor and he did another check and reassured me that it was high but not dangerous stage. He made me relax and feel comfortable before I left there. Awesome work Wells road medical

I have been attending this clinic with my family for many years with no issues but have recently started seeing Dr George Farag who has been fantastic. He is knowledgeable with his advice, and always takes his time to explain the condition and treatments. He has been especially good at interacting with my baby. Staff at the centre are always friendly and helpful.

Horrible service. Arrived with no mask, asked staff if they had a mask, they said it cost $1. I didn't have a dollar on me just card. Extreamly rude about it. You're a medical centre. Masks are 10c each. You're the only medical centre I have been is that charges for Masks. Also very crowded and dirty

Highly recommend. We followed Dr George Farag from another clinic as he is the best GP I have seen in years. He always has time for me to discuss any issues, is friendly and thorough. He has a wholistic approach to his care that I really appreciate. I always feel that I’m not just a number but a well cared for patient. Staff at the clinic have been well mannered and always friendly. My whole family attends this clinic with no concerns.

Rude receptionist's, especially in the mornings. However most doctors are ok here.
Also place charges $1 for a face mask if you do not have one on you or when arriving at the clinic your due for a new one.
I only go here if I really really need to or when my local (preferred) is booked out.

Went in with an allergic reaction. Waited for an hour whilst the nurse just sat there and did nothing. Negligent is an understatement

I can't understand why this clinic has rated so low. I have been going here for quite a few years now and I have found the staff to be amazing. I think the Dr I see has been so caring and helpful everytime I have seen him. I will continue to go here. Thank you for being so caring and professional.
