First time I needed a Chiropractor for back pain. And Dr Joshua was perfect and showed amazing professionalism listening and understanding my needs. His professional level of care for my treatment was out of this world and I would highly recommend too anyone. Werribee Wellbeing branch really did a good job accommodating me. They call me a head of time send me some forms that I need to fill in ahead of time. So I can just walk in and, proceed to all the test that they need to perform to see what adjustments is needed to my body. Which is really good less hassle.

I really like the ambiance of the place it looks neat and tidy. The staff’s are pretty welcoming as well, I heard about their place through my stepdad who recently went as well prior to his back issue and, he told me some good story that convinced me to give it a try so I also went there to see if Dr, Joshua is really good and, it’s true all my issue got cured in less than two minutes. The adjustment was so amazing I felt relief from everything now. You guys should visit as well the Werribee branch Wellbeing.

My neck and lower back were very stiff and I wasn’t aware it was the reason for my headaches, neck pain, mood problems and also for flare ups in IBS. Dr. Richard did an amazing job and relieved this stiffness to a great extent with manual adjustments in a couple of sessions. He took a few X-rays and showed me the misalignment in neck and lower back that happened as a result of years of poor posture/ bad ergonomics at work. He clearly explained me the adjustment process to fix this misalignment, number of sessions he think are required and also recommended regular exercises to maintain the posture. I would highly recommend anyone suffering from similar problems in Werribee to consult Dr. Richard. Thanks again.

Dr Richard helped me with my chronic whiplash injury by tailoring a specific treatment care plan for my case and I have close to zero discomfort now. Sad to see him relocate to Melbourne. All the best for your new role Dr Richard!

They are focusing on education and selling more than hands on. The actual hands on massaging treatment time no more than 2 mins.

Dr. Josh was good, only the receptionist i think Georgia or Georgina tried to charge me $90 instead of $75. Before while booking for the app i specifically asked the Andrew if its $75 including traction he said yes its all included. I didnot mention about my care plan before asking about the price but when i visited the other day it was different receptionist Georgina, she said no its $90, its with traction, only with the care plan its $75, she said same notes are mentioned in my system by Andrew. Before 5 6 months ago also she tried to do the same and when i confronted her saying before i was charged $75, she tried to give me excuse that time too $90 is with traction, when i said both times including traction without care plan i paid $75 to different receptionists just 3 4 days back, then she had no answer and said ok we will charge you $75 this time. And this time on my recent app she said we increased the price and care plan we charge $75 else $90. TBH this seems dodgy to me. Its not about $15 difference. Its just that this same lady tries to over charge from the patients which is not ethical, whereas all other receptionist in their clinic, charge normal price for the same services. Thats why 0 stars for this clinic. They should get rid of trying to be over smart people like her.

Dr Josh was amazing! Great communication, genuinely interested in helping and the adjustments were the best I've had. No high pressure sales, just a plan to get my health on track again. Will refer people I know.

I visited this facility for the first time and found the experience to be extremely amazing. Half the pain vanished in thin air, by the way Dr Joshua attended to me, asked all his questions and answered all my questions. Kudos to you for having this wonderful dctor.

It is really a profound and customer friendly experience here. Dr. Joshua was knowledgeable and very professional in his approach. There’s no need to be worried/concerned to pay a visit here, if you need relief from any mechanical disorders of spine and back.

I was regular patient of Dr. Luka for about 16months. I visited this place with a positive outcome of my LOWER BACK PAIN treatment but it was all in vain. Initially my scan was done and redone after a year. Nothing much improvement in the report was shown just a five percent compare to the initial scan report. I was not satisfied and inquired about the DENNEROLL EXCERCISE whether i was/am following the correct procedure, he did not bother me to call and explain the CORRECT POSITION of the DENNEROLL after so many timer calling to the reception and sending an email.no update at all. He has left me in complete dilemma about the Denneroll exercise. I waste my time and money in this place for nothing.will not visit and recommend anyone here.

Lovely staff, excellent attention, ample parking, treatment is superb. Highly recommend that you attend the clinic if you are in need of assistance. Can not wait for next treatment for my lower back aches and strains! Thank you all, especially Mitchell Cook.

Stay away from adam, he skrewed my neck permanently 3 years ago and its still very bad.wellbeing owner never even had the balls to even contact me, no sorry no paybacks nothing, absolutely Pathetic
