Well Money reviews
10Good service, good rate as well. Mick and his team has been professional and responsive, thank you!
I've dealt with a few Banks / Money Lenders & none come close to the customer service Mick & his team offer.
If you're with a Big 4 Bank & are exploring other options, definitely give this guys a call.
Great rates, good service (very responsive), can't ask for anymore. Feels great to be putting more into principal than interest. Thanks Mick and the team for a smooth Refi transfer.
We're very happy with Well Home Loans. Michael Lazari made things very easy for us even though we had quite a bumpy journey because the settlement of our first home was delayed 6 months. He was patient and touched base with us regularly to ensure we kept documentation up to date. Once settlement time arrived, the process was very smooth. I appreciate that Well Home Loans is not a huge organisation where customers are just numbers, and this is reflected in their friendly customer service.
Michael Lazari is one of the best professionals I have dealt with in my entire life. It was an absolute pleasure working with him in my loan application process.
Poor knoweldge about what to ask from customer like they asked me to provide evidence of how much did you pay as land tax for owner occupied house. Two consultants don't share what info was already asked like in my case first loan consultant was explained why I want to get loan, he transferred my case to 2nd one and then he started asking same questions, it is waste of time to deal with them.
Low rates and really good experience taking out our first home loan. Mick was a lot of help couldn’t recommend him more.
I sent in an application to Well Home Loans on 21st March. There had been on average one email weekly from them (two if I'm being generous), and with each email came requests for more documentation. Five weeks into my application, I decided to apply elsewhere (one of the big fours) and got my pre-approval in less than 24 hours. In my opinion, not worth the time.
So far so good. The loan application process is a bit time consuming, especially if you have co-borrowers. A lot of information is required, but its all on-line. So I guess you save money because the lender doesn't have an extensive branch structure, and you have to more of the leg work yourself. But 3.74% for an investment loan with redraw facility is a good deal (approximate refinancing costs $750 - 900).
I need to update this post about re-financing costs. There is a cost to leave your own lender (around about $450 in our case with the NAB). So total cost to change is around $1700 on a loan balance of $200K.
Adding to the post about Well Home Loans now the process been completed. The team at Well Home Loans are very professional to deal with and were very responsive to any of my questions during the application process. I found they were also receptive to sharpening up their offer after my existing bank came up with a last minute counter offer to try to keep our business. They also passed on the latest RBA interest rate in full as soon as it was announced to keep their competitive edge. So to sum up, we are very pleased with the process and our new investment home loan with Adelaide Bank.
