Very poor! Rude staff and the products I hired for my wedding were in terrible condition. After being assured they were immaculate, the condition of the two stands I hired for my wedding were so terrible that they were unusable. On return, the owners requested that they be delivered back to their home in place of the store and refused to answer the front door and even face us on our arrival, meaning they had to be left on the front porch. No refund and no apology. Very unprofessional. Awful communication and false advertisement. Avoid this company and don’t have your special event ruined at the last minute as I did.

Worst company. Poor communication- had to write many follow up emails. Late set up for a small 57 people wedding (only chairs). Didn't even deliver signing table and signing table chairs on our big day (paid and confirmed). Also, advertised my wedding on their page without permission and refusing to take down despite many emails requesting to take down.
