We recently rented a property through Websters for over 3 years. Honestly our experience dealing with them was pretty dismal on all fronts. We paid rent on time every month and asked for nothing as tenants but the service we received when it came to basic maintenance issues broken air conditioning systems etc was as good as non existent. Mostly many phone calls and messages left on the office answering machine. Occasionally if you were lucky enough to speak to an actual person they were rude and argumentative mostly going by our experience. Seemingly determined to undermine or deny whatever request or issue we might be raising at that point in time. When it came to vacating the property they blatantly lied on our property condition report. Almost every single box ticked as having issues or problems. Unbelievable given the condition of the house when we handed the keys back was next to brand new and spotless from top to toe. I would be very hesitant dealing with these people for any period of time. That will take your money and give you nothing in return. Jade in particular we found most difficult to deal with. Very hard to get an honest answer out of her.

If your are a tenant do not rent from this business.
Never answered my phone calls with emergency repairs.
Completely likes to butter up landlords to keep properties in their pocket but doesn’t care about you as a tenant. Will step over all your rights. Money hungry as I can see from all the reviews they are from landlords and sales. If you are are looking to rent a property do not rent through them it will be stressful and you will be treated with no respect and they will not care about you as a tenant.
