My business, Gorgeous Gems could only be described as a micro business, but I have received maximum support from Webfirm during my almost 20 year connection with them when they first set up my website. Have had a website hosted by webfirm for a number of years. During this time there has been instanced where the server on which the website is hosted has had issues. Webfirm offer no after hours contact details either email or phone and staff rarely contact you.
