Wonderful place to go if you enjoy getting ripped off. The only reason you would come here for consultations is because you had not shopped around. Ridiculous rates for basic accounting work, I'm not the first with this problem as it seems from the previous comments.

Went to another accounting firm and got the same work done for less than half the price. Cant believe they also charge over $100 for a simple PAYG tax return that you can do for free if you just google how to do it.

Arrogant know it all partner with terrible attitude to their staff. Do not have time to develop recruits. Terrible place to try carve a career out of. Also one of the 5 star rating above is written by the lover of the partner. The majority of clients they attract are the ones who are not technologically savy enough to check on ATO website for simple things. Also they charged much above market rates for things that H&R Block can do

Stephen has been fantastic with his time and advice over the years I've been dealing with him. He'll tell me straight up if something I want to do is not viable or not supported by current regulations, and he's always been up to date with his knowledge.

Would have no trouble recommending anyone to speak to him, he'll give you honest answers, and be up front about their costs.
