I needed a draft of a property contract to be reviewed by a conveyancer in a very short notice in such a stressful situation. These people professionally did it for me and send me their comments just 24 hrs after I sent them the document. They didn't charge me as they offer one contract review for free. They are polite and patient! They just need to be more precise in calculating the short fall for settlement. I recommend their service!

My wife and I used Weathsource Conveyancing for the sale of our house and the purchase of our next house. Settlement of both properties were on the same day and they got it done without any issues. They were really responsive and clear in their communication on what they needed us to provide.

For the sale of our house, they prepared the Section 32 (S32) in a prompt manner. Initially there were some issues because one of their staff member had left and did not transfer our file accordingly so were quite stressed the S32 would not be done in time. However, once we escalated the issue to their management team from there onward everything was smooth sailing. The S32 was done very quickly and all communication had at least 2 people from their team involved just in case a member was away for an extended period.

For the purchase of our next property, they were very quick to turnaround reviews for S32 and contract of sale. They also highlighted areas of the contract that we should be aware of should we decide to make an offer.

Overall, their services were great and the price was very fair.
