Their technicians are really qualified and well behaved. Previous two tech wasn’t able to set up my NBN, but the guy from we4us did a great job to set up my NBN.

We have a big house and big family with 3 kids. We were constantly having issue with our Wi-Fi. We4us crew has installed 2 access points at our double storey house, very professionally and solved our Wi-Fi drop down issue. Really impressed with the work. Their after work support is extremely impressive. After a week of installation they have put extra effort to retest their work and made sure we are receiving the best out of it. We would recommend we4us to anyone we know.

A technician from we4us installed my NBN and was entirely unhelpful.

He refused to install the cable where I requested and instead opted for doing the absolute least amount of work possible.

This now means that I have devices with LED lights in the bedroom, illuminating the entire room, the only solution being to turn off the devices at night, causing issues with overnight downloads or anyone else who is using the service while someone else is using the bedroom.

There's now also the added bonus of having to get under the house myself to install multiple runs of data cable to make any use of the service.

The technician could have alleviated all of these problems by running six metres of RG6 and bringing the cable in where the old service was but very obviously did not want to crawl under the house. What a surprise.

I will not be using this company for any services myself and I will be making a complaint to the NBN themselves.

Great place to do Professional Certification preparation. Good staff, experienced trainers and decent study materials including official study material. This is my second training here and I'll come back again when needed. Definitely recommended as their training course pricing is also quite competitive.
