These guys did a great job in a very short Time. Convenient location. Customer friendly attitude and most importantly same day service. That's where I will go next.

My experience here was poor and overpriced and unsatisfactory. I brought in what once was my favourite sleeveless shirt to be taken in. The lady of Asian decent could not understand English at all, her colleague came over to help but even then it got even worse as I got this overwhelming feeling that her colleague was her boss and he was working her like a sweat shop. I was sized up and I told her (well I even showed her I’d like to keep the shape of the shirt. Ultimately I came back a couple of days later with a bill of $72 and collected a shirt that now pulls up when I wear it (as she’s taken off the tongue off the back of the shirt, basically doesn’t even fully cover my stomach) I would not recommend this place. The woman in line before me also had some trouble communicating what she wanted on her dress (which, to me, her request wasn’t difficult at all)

I have been a customer of this Dry cleaner for over a year. I'm happy with the service and swift turnaround. Friendly service is matched by their reasonable pricing. All my blazers, shirts, coats etc have come back clean and neat. Highly recommended!

The worst dry cleaning service, they gave me my clothes unironed, without buttons on the hook, they kept falling off and they wrapped my sweatshirt in a strange way on the hook, my clothes look old when I have only worn them a few times. The green color of my sweatshirt stained the white color and had hair everywhere on my clothes.

Very helpful, affordable and quick. When staying for extended periods in Melbourne, they are my go to.

Reliable and fast service. Requested for my dress to be drycleaned and delivered to southbank same day. The owner personally delivered that on time. Great service. Will definitely go back

This dry cleaner was recommended to me by a friend. Very efficient, helpful and friendly service. The owner was very accommodating as i needed a quick turnaround and he delivered on his promise. He did a great job. I will be back no doubt.

Horrible! Just run away!
I left my pull over that had smalls splash of oil mark on it with 2 tee shirts. Was charge 40 dollars for it. The owner didn't tell me about what happen and I figured out that my pull over was just full of huge marks and differents colors (look at the pictures)! And my two teeshirts were still humid and not ironed.

This is the worst (by far) experience of dry cleaning! The clothes you give them are 100x times worst than before.

So disappointed. Charged me $56 for 2 light summer pieces and 2 wool pieces. Left marks EVERYWHERE on my beige garment which make it difficult to be worn outside again. Didn’t even clean the oil spot on the other knit piece. I demand a full refund.

Fantastic customer service. Had a last minute emergency and needed my garments the next day, and the team hand delivered it to me so I could make my flight. Would recommend to people looking for a laundry that will go above and beyond. Thanks once again!

Had a mishap with a light coloured jacket while visiting Melbourne. The owner dry cleaned it in less that 24 hours and then to my surprise delivered it to my hotel in Docklands at no extra charge. Great customer service thank you

I took 9 garments (suits) to dry clean as it says "$18.99 for 3 garments", but the guy checked my stuff and put down $81. I asked what is the special for? He said it's only trousers and you have more jackets, so $9 each. I never seen 3 garments special only for trousers and in that case I had 4 trousers, so he should price $18.99 for 3 trousers, but he just wanted to calculate easier and charge more, so he said $9 each.
I didn't put my clothes in for dry cleaning in the end and I would never go there. In fact my shop across the road closed today and I went there to try, but I rather wait for my shop to open on Monday which does "$18.99 for 3 garments" for most of clothes and friendly service.
